Voiture neuve. Auxun problème. Je recommande

Dopo una brutta esperienza con un'altro brand eravamo disperati pensando di rimanere senza macchina.
Scorrendo i vari brand ci è colpito il vostro marchio che ha salvato il nostro viaggio.
Personale accogliente, disponibile, ragazze simpatiche e socievoli.
Ottimo noleggio, macchina nuova bene in tutto.
Brand poco pubblicizzato, ma non esiterò a consigliare.

Very bad experience. We had already paid for the car online. The reservation was made in my wife's name, but nowhere was it clearly stated that only the person named on the reservation could pick up and drive the car.
We arrived at 10:30 PM with our 4-year-old child, and they refused to give us the car. The employee was very rude, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of our situation.
Because of this, we were left without a car late at night and had to find another solution with a small child. This is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this car rental company.

Auto met halve gevulde tank meegekregen en geen ruitenwisservloeistof. Levensgevaarlijk als je een vieze voorruit hebt. Bewijs van tanken en foto’s van begin- en eindstand voldoen niet volgens de heksen van dit bedrijf. Lange wachttijd bij halen, auto zou in de wasstraat staan. Na lange wachttijd bij receptie ineens een andere auto gekregen.

Noleggio auto ad un prezzo ragionevole, tra l'altro mi è stata consegnata un'auto di categoria superiore allo stesso prezzo di quella base che avevo richiesto.
Molto apprezzato il non aver insistito nel sottoscrivere polizze aggiuntive e la trasparenza nel gestire il contratto di noleggio e la consegna della vettura.
Lo stesso vale per il rientro a noleggio terminato.
Sia al ritiro che alla consegna dell'auto ho trovato personale disponibile e cortese. Direi che è andato tutto nel migliore dei modi.

Lorsque vous arrivez marchez 15 mn avant de trouver le desk et quand vous voulez prendre la voiture, on vous dit que votre carte débit n’est pas prise en compte et que, malgré toutes les assurances prises lors de la location sur AUTO EUROPE, vous devez payer 300€ d’assurance sinon vous n’avez pas la voiture!!!!
DU VOL !!avec une hôtesse désagréable qui ne fait pas le tour de la voiture mais au retour , il a bien été fait.
Je déconseille la location chez AUTO EUROPE qui vous envoie chez VIAGGARE RENT à l’aéroport de Bari.

Extremely disappointing experience with Viaggiare Rent at Bari Airport.

Our group had 4 separate reservations, 4 separate vouchers, 4 different reservation numbers and 4 different drivers.

Upon arrival, we were informed that all reservations had been cancelled because their system incorrectly showed them under the same name. We were then told that the vehicles were no longer available.

When I explained that I had valid vouchers and confirmation emails, the supervisor (on speakerphone) was extremely rude, accused me of being confused and even suggested that my vouchers were fake.

To make matters worse, we were told that if we still wanted vehicles, we would have to pay more because the original rates were no longer available. In other words, we were asked to pay extra to fix a mistake that was entirely theirs.

Only after showing the original confirmation email from Viaggiare head office did another manager finally recognise the error and instruct the office to honour the reservations at the agreed price.

The result? More than 2 hours waiting at the airport while staff tried to find replacement vehicles because the cars we had booked were no longer available.

Some members of our group are elderly and have physical difficulties, yet they were left waiting for hours with little information and no meaningful assistance.

Mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is the way customers are treated when those mistakes occur.

Very poor organisation, very poor communication and a shocking level of customer service.

I contacted the company directly to give them the opportunity to explain what happened, but I have received no response.

I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
