Velocità nella consegna e riconsegna

Absolute Katastrophe!
Unser Flug hatte nur 1h Verspätung. Über Check24 wurde uns versichert, dass die Anbieter bis 0Uhr da sind. Wir waren vorher da, haben aber niemanden angetroffen, da diese lieber früher Feierabend machten. Wir sollten am nächsten Tag vorbeikommen und das Auto holen. Die Dame am Schalter (Viaggiare) sagte, es sei nicht möglich, weil wir das Auto für gestern reserviert hatten und dass wir unser Geld verloren hätten. 600€ also schnell in den Sand gesetzt. Niemand fühlt sich zuständig und Auto europe selbst ist nie telefonisch erreichbar (trotz angegebener Öffnungszeiten).
Auf gar keinen Fall buchen!!!!!
Für etwas mehr Geld doch lieber auf die bekannten Anbieter zurückgreifen (Sixt, Europecar etc.).

Nachtrag: Viaggiare spricht von 1h Toleranz. Wir waren jedoch nach 45min da, der Schalter trotz Absprache zu, kein Auto, 600€ weniger.

Everything was okay! We had a Fiat Panda with 0 excess and an additional driver. The 0 excess is the reason I picked this company cause many don't offer it, and you never know what happens in Italy.
Our flight was 2 hours earlier than planned so I mailed the company in advance if that was okay. I got a fast reply saying it was no problem. (The email address was hard to find though, found it in their Terms of Service as the website didn't state any address.)
Service was quick at Elmas airport and we easily had our car. This company also offers a low 'bond' on the creditcard. Would recommend!

Veicolo molto nuovo e corrispondente a quello prenotato, che non è da tutti. Check-in veloce e personale gentile. Consigliato!

Bardzo miła obsługa, szybko. Dogodne miejsce odbioru i zdania (przy lotnisko). Zwrot kaucji w ciągu kilku dni. Polecam!!

Ho noleggiato un'auto all'aereoporto di Cagliari, è andato tutto bene, consiglio il pacchetto Gold per non avere sorprese. L'unica puntualizzazione sulla pulizia interna auto al momento del ritiro, non proprio il massimo, per il resto personale preparato e gentile.

Ich werde auch in Zukunft über Viaggiarerent buchen.

Was bei Via vorallem sehr positiv ist, es geht auch mit Debit buchen, was bei den anderen anscheinend nicht geht, was ich ein absoluten Witz finde.

Nn e andato per il verso giusto avermi addebitato una mancanza che poi nn si è rilevata tale.nn si può addebitare un costo senza neanche avvisare il cliente.

Suggerisco di specificare che la carta di debito non è sufficiente per ritirare l'auto. Ho vissuto come un ricatto la richiesta di 140 euro per poter pagare con la carta di debito.

Everything went well and got deposited money backnin my account in less than a week.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I booked a car to collect from the airport terminal. I had set my arrival time, however we unfortunately experienced a delay of just over an hour with our flight (pretty normal, not out of the ordinary).

I arrived at the car collection point to be told that they no longer had our car and had given this to someone else "because we were late". Disgusting. They advised I contact VIP cars who should organise another car for me.

The staff on the desk were totally unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. They did not care at all and had just let our car go despite me paying £80 to reserve it.

In the end, we had to spend over an hour negotiating with other car rental companies and ended up spending £180 more than we had planned to secure a car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Freundliches Personal am Schalter. Es wurde mir eine Zusatzversicherung angeboten, aber nicht, wie bei vielen anderen Vermietern, aufgedrängt. Die Übernahme des Fahrzeuges war ohne Probleme. Die kleineren Schäden am Fahrzeug habe ich fotografiert. Bei der Rückgabe wurden die Bilder mit dem aktuellen Fahrzeugstand abgeglichen und damit verlief die Rückgabe völlig problemlos.
