Leider sehr unprofessionell und versuchen einem Versicherungen anzudrehen obwohl man bereits eine ausreichende abgeschlossen hat. Akzeptiert keine digitalen Kreditkarten.

Ich lege Viaggiare bzw den Mitarbeitern nahe, dringend ihren Umgang mit ihren Kunden zu verbessern.

Une agence malhonnête et totalement irrespectueuse. L’un des agents nous a dit “shut up” lorsque nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement à propos d’une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas et d’un véhicule qui n’était pas de la catégorie que nous avions louée.
À notre retour, ils ont retenu 300 € en prétendant que le rétroviseur était rayé, alors que nous avons une vidéo de l’état de la voiture avant de la rendre : aucune rayure visible.
Aucune facture, aucun retour à nos mails : un comportement clairement non professionnel.
Une expérience à fuir absolument.

This agency is dishonest and completely disrespectful. One of the agents told us to “shut up” when we complained about the broken air conditioning and the fact that we didn’t get the car category we booked.
After we returned the car, they charged us €300 claiming a scratch on the mirror, even though we have a video proving the car was in perfect condition at drop-off.
No invoice, no response to emails – this is the definition of unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs.

وكالة غير نزيهة وغير محترمة على الإطلاق. أحد الموظفين قال لنا “shut up” عندما أبدينا استياءنا من أن التكييف لا يعمل، ومن أن السيارة التي حصلنا عليها ليست من نفس الفئة التي قمنا بحجزها.
وعند إرجاع السيارة، قاموا بخصم 300 يورو بحجة أن المرآة مخدوشة، رغم أننا نملك فيديو يثبت أن السيارة كانت سليمة تمامًا عند التسليم.
لم يرسلوا أي فاتورة، ولم يردوا على رسائلنا الإلكترونية – وهذا دليل واضح على قلة الاحترافية.
تجربة سيئة يجب تجنبها تمامًا.

Agenzia disonesta e assolutamente irrispettosa. Uno degli agenti ci ha detto “shut up” quando abbiamo espresso il nostro malcontento per l’aria condizionata non funzionante e per la categoria del veicolo diversa da quella prenotata.
Al momento della restituzione, ci hanno addebitato 300 € sostenendo che lo specchietto era graffiato, anche se abbiamo un video che dimostra che la macchina era in perfette condizioni al momento della riconsegna.
Nessuna fattura, nessuna risposta alle email: comportamento totalmente non professionale.
Un’esperienza da evitare assolutamente.

Overall a good service and price. The car had a couple of nasty dents but this damage was all covered in the pre-check (although no-one looked at the car with us, so this took a bit of back-and-forth).

Guter Service zu einem guten Preis. Schnelle Buchung und schnelle Abholung vor Ort.

Wir haben ein Fahrzeug mit Automatic-Getriebe als Benziner gebucht.
Erhalten haben wir ein Hybrid-Fahrzeug mit manueller Schaltung. Damit war ich nicht zufrieden und das wurde bei der Übergabe nicht erwähnt.
Über ein zumindest von innen sauberes Fahrzeug hätte ich mich gefreut, das war leider nicht der Fall.

Zudem empfehle ich, die Fahrzeuge vollgetankt zu übergeben und in Empfang zu nehmen. Das vermeidert Unsicherheiten und Mißverständnisse.

Die Abwicklung (Buchung, Umbuchung, Übergabe) war einwandfrei und aufgrund dessen würde ich beim nächsten Mal auch wieder hier buchen.

Imputazione di un danno nonostante foto fatta alla consegna che testimoniava la presenza pregressa.

The worst of the worst. Olbia Airport. If you want a car, forget it. Flight was 45 minutes late... cancelled. A couple of jokers behind the desk. Assume they were Juventino as they were desperate to rob more money out of people. Avoid

Tutto bene, professionali e veloci.

È andato tutto bene, dal ritiro del veicolo alla riconsegna. Per fortuna non ho avuto bisogno dell’assistenza durante il noleggio. Tempi un po’ lunghi, forse per la restituzione della cauzione.

personale gentile e premuroso nonostante la lunga fila

Unser Flieger ist verspätet aus München gelandet und in den AGBs der Fa. Viaggiare Rent steht, dass bei Verspätungen größer eine Stunde ein Zuschlag fällig ist. Wir hatten die Wagen für 6 Tage gemietet und bezahlt, wir hatten keine Reservierung !!!
Unmissverständlich wurde uns klar gemacht, dass zusätzliche Gebühren fällig sind.
Dass "Geschäftsmodell" ist eher die Regel als die Ausnahme, weil Kunden vor uns verärgert aus dem Büro kamen und Freunde, die aus Frankfurt später anreisten, genau so abgezogen wurden.
Der Zustand der Autos ist natürlich alles andere als in Ordnung gewesen, ist sicher das kleiner Übel.

Also Augen auf und um die Auto-Vermietung "Viaggiare Rent" einen weiten Bogen machen!

Avoid at all costs. Total scam. We booked car rental in husbands name but paid on wife's credit card. Both husband and wife share the same surname and both husband and wife named drivers on the booking and both present to collect the car. Told it would cost 500 euros because credit card did not match booking name despite both being present and both being named drivers and having passport ID. Complete criminals. Cancelled and had to pay a 100 euro penalty and 300 euros extra to another car firm (plus a three hour delay to wait for the other car) but refuse to reward criminals .

Freundliches Personal, aufgrund des vielen Gepäcks wurde uns proaktiv ein Kombi mit genügend Kofferaum vom Personal zugeteilt, problemlose, schnelle Rückgabe des Wagens.
Overall sehr zufrieden.

Je déconseille cette agence VIAGGARE de l'aéroport d'Olbia. Tous les conseillers semblent avoir été formés à la vente forcée et tentent tous de vous vendre des assurances complémentaires. Les vacanciers ne comprennent pas et la procédure de location dure un temps infini ! 1h30 d'attente nous concernant pour signer 2 documents. Attention en revanche à vous munir d'une carte de crédit ou figure bien le mot "CREDIT" dessus car sinon, vous serez obligés de payer une assurance complémentaire d'environ 400€.
