ci hanno dato una macchina con frizione andata, dovevamo averla per 6 giorni, il primo giorno a malapena entravano le marce, il giorno dopo non entravano più e ci hanno addossato la colpa e non volevano darci un auto sostituta e poi irrispettosi che li chiami e ti alzano la voce e volevano avere ragione ad ogni costo, nonostante abbiamo fatto solo 1 ora e mezza di guida il primo giorno, non noleggiate da questa compagnia

Il giorno 16 agosto siamo arrivati nel complesso dove dovevamo ritirare la vettura noleggiata con booking ....purtroppo sia booking che la compagnia di noleggio non ci sono venuti incontro per risolvere l'inconveniete per quanto riguardava la prenotazione si sono rivelati molto scortesi !
Fortunamente abbiamo trovato a pochi metri di distanza due persone disposte ad aiutarci ...Sergio e Francesca operatori di VIAGGIARE Rent che in pochi minuti ci hanno tranquilizzati e hanno trovato la soluzione migliore per noi aiutandoci a proseguire il viaggio e la permanenza in Sicilia .

Our flight from Poznań to Palermo was delayed for 1h, so I decided to cancel my reservation through the Rentcars application. The reservation was for 13:30 but because I would not have time to pick up the car upon arrival, clearly missing exceeding the 29 minutes, I decided for the cancellation. Right after that I booked another car, this time at later time, with a good buffer tobe there on time. This time the reservation was for 14:30. Upon arrival to the airport, we decided to take their shuttle bus to pick up the car, arriving a bit earlier than 14:30. There, after confirming the reservation and knowing we had to deliver the car 6 days later at 14:30, we took our car. Everything went fine, with the company providing us a better car than we reserved (I managed to switch for the automatic transmission of the reservation for manual).
After returning home, I was surprised with a 29 minute penalty in the check-in (not checkout), deducting 38€ from my credit car. When trying to get an explanation from them through emails, never got an answer. The only answers were the emails with bills.
Still don't know why I was charged that amount for arriving earlier than rental starting hour.

If it was not for that situation, I would have gave 5 stars.

Die Übergaben erfolgen unkompliziert. Der Shuttleservice sollte jedoch optimiert werden. Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen in Palermo muss man von der Ankunftszone zur Abflugzone hochlaufen und draußen auf den Shuttlebus warten. Dabei muss man wissen, dass dieser „Providence Shuttle Service“ heißt.

Auch auf dem Weg zum Flughafen haben wir lange auf den Bus gewartet. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wegen des ausgebrochenen Ätnas viele Flüge von Catania nach Palermo verlegt wurden. Zum Glück hatten wir ausreichend Zeit eingeplant.

A fuir, arnaque !! Mauvaise expérience à l’aéroport de Palerme (enfin bureau à 20min de navette!!). Ils refusent systématiquement les CB classiques pour la caution pour vous obliger à prendre l’assurance à plus de 300€. Donc le prix de la location devient cher et aucune annulation possible !! Personnel désagréable !

Ich kann leider nichts Gutes berichten. Als wir unseren Wagen abholen wollten, stand bereits eine Schlange am Schalter und es dauerte ewig bis wir endlich dran waren. Als wir dann mit Karte zahlen wollten, meinte der Angestellte, unsere Pin sei nicht korrekt (was aber nicht stimmte). Andere Zahlungsmittel als die Debitkarte akzeptierte er nicht, es sei denn wir würden noch eine Zusatzversicherung abschließen.
Als Lösung schlug der Angestellte uns die Agentur nebendran vor , die andere Zahlungsmittel annehmen würde. Er rief sofort dort an, um uns anzukündigen.Dort mussten wir dann notgedrungen für das Doppelte einen Wagen mieten.
Wir haben uns sehr darüber geärgert!
Es scheint eine Masche dort zu sein.

Personale professionale ed attento alle mie esigenze mi sono trovata benissimo mi hanno specificato tutto in maniera esaustiva e semplice non mi hanno forzato nelle vendite che poi ho accettato con loro perché mi sono fidata ciecamente

Nous avons loué une voiture chez eux le 6 juin. On a rendu la voiture le 8. Tout s'est bien passé lorsqu'on a rendu le véhicule et le 23 juin nous avons été prélevé d'un montant de 270€ sans raison !!! A fuir !!!

We had pre booked our from Australia on picking the car we were told our card was a debit the card was a credit card it was not a debit card we then had to pay over $600 for a scam insurance we already had insurance and all the other poeple were scammed with this card fiasco.Another family had to call the police.

Vorrei esprimere il mio più sincero apprezzamento per la gestione delle pratiche presso Viaggiare Rent, sia a Catania che a Palermo. In particolare, Alberto ha saputo mantenere l'ordine a Palermo quando si è verificata una situazione estremamente spiacevole con due turiste che volevano semplicemente scavalcare la fila e si sono comportate in modo offensivo nei confronti suoi e degli altri clienti. Grazie per il coraggio civile e la gentilezza dimostrati nei nostri confronti!

Unfortunately, even though I had several different ways to pay, these companies always seem to find a way to take your money. I paid online, but I wasn't able to actually rent the car because they claimed my card didn't work. Even though we had four other cards available to use, they were so difficult about their policies that I felt set up to fail.

I asked for even a partial refund, but I received nothing. I also wrote 3 emails, and no one ever came back to me.
I never used any of the services, yet I paid for everything in full and had to rent from a different company for an additional 250 euros.

Mi sono affidata per la prima volta,  anche grazie ai buoni consigli di amici, all’agenzia Viaggiare Rent di Cinisi (Palermo) e devo dire che il risultato è stato eccellente: supporto totale e tempi rapidissimi nel contratto, così come nel rilascio dell'automobile. Professionalità, competenza, puntualità e gentilezza, sono alcune delle caratteristiche positive di questa agenzia che mi ha assistito nelle persone della Sig. Francesca, del Sig. Gaetano che ho conosciuto, così come dal contatto telefonico avuto con la Titolare. Consiglio vivamente "Viaggiare Rent"

We had a confirmed reservation to rent a car from 10/11/2025 to 16/11/2025. When arriving at Palermo airport nobody was picking up the phone so we were left there in the cold without car !!!!

Wij hadden een bevestigde reservatie om een wagen te huren vanaf 10/11/2025 tot 16/11/2025. Aangekomen op de luchthaven nam niemand de telefoon op en bleven we achter zonder wagen !!!

Wir hatten einen bestätigten Reservation zum mieten einen PKW von 10/11/2025 bis 16/11/2025. Aber bein Ankuft in Palermo Flughafen bekamen wir kein Gehör zum abholen met den Shuttle, also hatten wir unseren PKW nicht bekommen !!!
