I highly recommend the company and the worker

We hired a car from their Pescara location. The car was damaged & dirty and had no petrol but unfortunately as we had arrived late in the evening & had to get to our destination we were not able to address this problem. We returned the car and we were charged 25 euros for cleaning. We addressed our disappointment as we did not leave the car in a mess as it was in poor state already. They tried to provide photos of the interior but they were not of our car that we rented . The are committing fraud and sending fake photos of other cars pretending to be the car we hired. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and unacceptable. Do not use this company

We hired a car with Viaggiare that had no end of damages, one bar of fuel, dirty inside with cigarette ends left in the car and stinking of cigarette smoke. When we returned the car and after returning back to UK, Viaggiare then charged us for cleaning the car. They provided interior photos of a random car that was not the car we had hired! Not even the same colour interior! We are four mature ladies with some integrity and standards - Viaggiare falsely took money to clean up their disgusting quality of cars! Car cleaning at our expense! Absolute con men and wouldn’t recommend them! Dishonest!

Das Auto war leider sehr dreckig: innen und aussen. Sogar die Finger sind am Lenkrad kleben geblieben !
Das einzig Gute war, dass der Kleinwagen wenig Sprit gebraucht hat.

Je n’ai jamais reçu mon contrat et à la restitution du véhicule à Pescara j’ai déposé les clés dans la boîte. En fin d’après-midi je reçois un message avec une facture de 40 € pour avoir soit disant griffé un enjoliveur. Je conteste il me mène en bateau « nous n’avons pas reçu votre émail envoyez nous un whatsapp il n’est pas lu » une catastrophe aucun contact possible et ils débitent ma carte. Les 40€ c’est une chose mais prendre les clients pour des vaches à lait Non . Du coup je change de crémerie

Gehuurde auto in Italie /Pescara ging eerste dag al kapot. We hebben alles zelf moeten regelen van monteurs zoeken, afslepen regelen, andere auto huren en vervoer naar nieuwe verhuurder. De verhuurder Viaggiare Rent geeft geen gehoor, alles behalve service of behulpzaam.
Betaalde huur krijgen we niet terug, de extra gemaakte kosten krijgen we niet terug en bovenal de service..
we konden terugkomen, auto was kapot dus hoe???, om een andere auto bij ze te huren tegen betaling..

Turned up at pescara airport [there where 4 couples] waited 30 minuites for them to turn up when they did they advised they had no cars and then they locked their office and left the airport leaving all of us in the airport with no car and no help....we had to hire a car from another company last minuite at great expense.....as we waited somone actually advised us not to use them as they got charged £700 for damage to a car that wasnt even on the car when it was dropped off but this didnt happen until they arrived back home so they could not fight it....so avoid at all cost pay a bit extra and go with a reputible company

Io e mia moglie avevamo prenotato un volo Ryanair (FR5016) in partenza da Charleroi e diretto a Pescara (Italia) il 20 novembre 2025 con orario di partenza alle 16:40 e orario di arrivo a Pescara alle 18:40.
Questo volo ha subito un notevole ritardo prima del decollo e l'atterraggio è avvenuto il 20/11/2025 verso le 21:45.
Io e mia moglie avevamo prenotato un'auto a noleggio presso la società VIAGGIARE all'aeroporto di Pescara, tramite la società EasyTerra. Ma vista l'ora tarda, oltre le ore 20, secondo il dipendente della società VIAGGIARE, ci è stato richiesto di pagare un importo forfettario aggiuntivo
di sessanta euro (60,00 €), oltre alla cauzione, pena il mancato ricevimento dell'auto.
Nonostante le nostre spiegazioni, l'indubbio ritardo del volo Ryanair e il fatto che EasyTerra indicasse sul voucher che l'ufficio Viaggiare di Pescara è aperto dalle 8:30 alle 22:00, abbiamo dovuto pagare questa multa di 60,00 €.
Date le circostanze e la totale assenza di responsabilità da parte nostra, le chiedo di rimborsarmi questi sessanta euro (60,00 €) che non avrei mai dovuto pagare.
Questa valutazione non riguarda affatto il vostro dipendente, che si è comportato in modo molto corretto e professionale..

Buon servizio dal sito e in aeroporto. Gli addetti sia al bancone che al parcheggio per la riconsegna sono molto gentili e hanno tolto ogni dubbio. L'auto fornita è comoda e ben accessoriata [sensori, tablet di bordo con Android auto, cruise control], la tariffa conveniente. Consiglio come servizio a chi vuole fare un noleggio breve per i costi abbordabili.

Accueil ok, voiture ok, mais dommage qu'il n'y ai personne pour check in et out.
Tout c'est bien passé pour moi.

Все легко и просто как в процессе получения, так и в процессе возврата авто. Очень хорошо, что можно оставить машину на стоянке около аэропорта в любое время и оставить ключи внутри аэропорта в ящике самой компании независимо от времени работы офиса, выдающего авто

Ottima accoglienza, servizio veloce.mi sono trovato bene.

Bon service. Respect du véhicule réservé. Par contre, le moteur était quelque peu fatigué surtout dans les montées.
