Ho tentato di noleggiare un'auto, ma mi è stato negato il servizio dopo aver già effettuato il pagamento, poiché la mia carta di credito Visa non riportava i numeri scritti sopra. Sono riuscito ad ottenere il rimborso, ma se l’episodio fosse accaduto durante una vacanza, avrebbe potuto compromettere l’intera esperienza di viaggio

Buon servizio, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, dipendenti cortesi e preparati.

Solo molto lento il check in, tra l altro il web check in non funziona

Ho noleggiato una Fiat Panda all' aeroporto di Venezia e mi sono trovato bene con questa società di noleggio, educati precisi ed affidabili.

A Venezia Marco Polo consegnano la macchina senza un addetto nel parcheggio che verifichi le reali condizioni. Alla consegna fate attenzione perché anche in questo caso nn c’è un addetto per verificare!!! A me è capitato che mi abbiamo addebitato una scheggiatura al parabrezza inesistente, come ho ampiamente dimostrato con foto scattate al momento della consegna, ma invano. Loro il check out l’hanno fatto ore dopo e non dopo 30/40 minuti come da contratto. Attenzione agli addebiti illeciti. Costa poco ma c’è un motivo !!! PRETENDETE IL CHECK OUT PRIMA DI RIPARTIRE!!!

On arrival handed keys to a car that was on a car park a good 15 minutes walk away, it had a damage sheet and I was told if there was any additional damage to take photos. I got to the car and there was no one from the company there which I had never experienced when renting before, there was just a man valeting who said he doesn’t deal with anything speak to the office. I recorded all damage on the car by video and photo. After a 4 day rental I returned to the same parking spot, went to the same man who was valeting the cars to check for any damage and again he said just go to the office. I handed the keys back at the office and was told my £500 deposit would be returned at the end of the day once they had had time to check the car for damage. I got off my flight in the uk to find an invoice for £300 for a scratch no bigger than 10mm, I looked at my recorded video and photos and found it was existing on initial pick up, I sent all the information back immediately with time stamped photos and videos. I have emailed now three times with no reply, they still have my £500 deposit held on my credit card, absolute scam of a company who have no staff to check damage on pick up or arrival and obviously try it on once you board a plane and leave the country, they don’t have the time to reply to my 3 emails but have the time to run to the car park after you go through check in to try and scam you out of money as your out the country and can’t question them in person, don’t touch this company with a bargpole, stick to a reputable well known outfit who actually employ more than 1 member of staff. And if you do use them record absolutley everything on the car, the scratch they picked up was hardly visable, and get the office staff to walk down to were the car is parked and check it all over and get the deposit returned whilst your there. Very frustrating end to what was otherwise a great visit to the coutry

Esperienza ottima, macchina nuova e pulita, grazie a Yuri per tutte le delucidazioni del caso in quanto ai primi noleggi si hanno tantissimi dubbi e perplessità, vi consiglio di scegliere questa azienda Viaggiare Rent,

The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I didn't get the car I was expecting but nonetheless it was ok overall. Stop pushing the all inclusive insurance and scaremongering clients of rocks falling from mountains etc.

Ho ritirato l’auto all’aeroporto di Venezia, la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile, al rientro il signore al parcheggio altrettanto gentile.

I could not enter the park that they told me and I left the car 50m from there. They charged me 150,1€ for this. I don't care so much about the amount just robbing money like this it will lead to your failure :)
