Ho noleggiato un'auto per un weekend fuori città e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Prenotazione semplice e veloce online, nessuna sorpresa al ritiro del veicolo. L’auto era pulita, in ottime condizioni e corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione.

Bei der Rückgabe wurde ein
Schaden berechnet (stecknadelgroße Delle), welche nur bei „günstigen“ Lichtverhältnissen zu erkennen waren. Bereits beim Übergabeprotokoll fehlten andere Schäden, welche jedoch durch Fotos/Videos durch uns als Altschaden belegt werden konnten. Das Fahrzeug selbst war furchtbar, indisches Modell, kaum Ausstattung und die Scheibenwischer haben so geschmiert, dass bei stärkeren Regen und Dunkelheit kaum Sicht war. Fahrzeug wurde zudem mit geringem Reifendruck übergeben. Warnsignal (für drei Reifen) (italienische Stimme) bereits wenige Minuten nach der Abholung

Ordered a car via Autoeurope for collection at 1500 hours Verona airport.

The flight was delayed by 2.5 hours, and this was completely beyond my control due to bad weather and air traffic control restrictions.

Upon arrival I met the attendant who seemed disinterested from the outset. He was watching some kind of rap video on his phone.

I asked to pick my car up and he shrugged his shoulders stating that as I was an hour late, I was a 'No show' and the car hire had been cancelled. The attendant offered little more assistance but did confirm the car was still there, but he wouldn’t release it too me.

He advised that I could rebook with him directly at a cost of around £450, 3 times the original price I had paid.

Autoeurope were also little help (Separate review to follow), the customer service advisor was abrupt but eventually did agree the situation was a farce and on a personal level she agreed with me.

Another couple had the same problem and yet again the attendant was unhelpful and rude.

This is a clear scam, Autoeurope take the initial payment then the local company, happy that you arrive late grift you by charging extortionate late booking prices.

I am taking this issue up with my credit card provider as Autoeurope have offered little assistance following a formal complaint.

I hired a car from Hertz for around £450, even if Viaggiare offered me a car for £300 I would not have taken it based on the attitude and lack of respect provided by their staff member. I would avoid this firm at all costs and go with a worldwide brand. I have used Autoeurope on 14 occasions and never had an issue, but loyalty counts for nothing, they have also lost a customer.

Save your time with a generic response. The delay was beyond my control and your staff need a lesson on customer service.

Alla consegna la macchina era sporca e nonostante abbiamo segnalato la cosa con tanto di foto sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna della macchina ( che abbiamo comunque dovuto lavare) e nonostante promesse di risarcimento nulla è arrivato. La macchina era priva di acqua per i tergicristalli . Abbiamo pagato con carta alla prenotazione a giugno e al ritiro ci informano che c'era ancora una differenza da pagare. Chiarito l'equivoco (L'operatrice mi dice che nulla è dovuto) mi ritrovo oggi con la differenza addebitata sul conto. Scopro infine al ritiro che a differenza di quanto mi avevano detto al telefono la macchina era priva di qualsiasi assicurazione che ho ovviamente pagato prima di ritirare l'auto. Mai più

Ho recentemente noleggiato un'auto con Viaggiare Rent - Verona e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza. Il processo di prenotazione online è stato semplice e veloce, e al momento del ritiro il personale è stato cordiale e professionale. L'auto che mi è stata consegnata era pulita, ben mantenuta e perfettamente funzionante. Anche la restituzione è stata rapida e senza complicazioni. I prezzi sono competitivi, e ho apprezzato la trasparenza delle condizioni contrattuali senza costi nascosti. In generale, un servizio affidabile che consiglio vivamente.

The deposit has not been released despite carr received with no damage back and having proof of this from the rental company. We were told when we checked out the deposit will be back in our account same day. We sent various email chasers with no response.

Regardless of what you say, money were not in the account more than 1 week later, while the lady from reception advised we would receive communication & confirmation same day via email. This never happened, and you also did not respond to our emails.

Ho già preso da questa compagnia di noleggio le auto in quanto hanno un buon rapporto qualità e prezzo.
Abbastanza veloce il disbrigo delle procedure in presa d'auto ed idem in riconsegna. Tutto ok!!!!

Lovely car - clear explanations - previous damage clearly noted - no problems

I was very happy with this rental company, everything was transparent and dealt with fairly. I didn’t feel like they were going to screw me over like a couple of other bigger names have done in the past with for example an extra cleaning charge after a few weeks rental!

The check-in and checkout was super easy as well and quick

Great service from the boy when we arrived to pick up the car. Excellent!!!!!

Chiedere 200€ in più per una fantomatica assicurazione in quanto la carta di credito scade tra un mese ( ben oltre la data di restituzione della vettura) mi ricorda i trucchetti di certe compagnie di bandiera per spillare più soldi ai clienti. Tra l’altro impossibile recedere dal contratto e cambiare possessore carta. Lasciatemelo dire…. Roba da Gruppo TNT. Un vero imbroglio!
