Everything seemed legit until

Everything seemed legit, and team was communicative and helpful until in the contract promised fuel refund was not issued to me (Indie Campers) and then ViaTrec was not helpful at all and at the end I got a total ignore. I will not even mention my experience with indie campers, but as it was booked through ViaTrec I have to share it here. Indie Campers also did and illegal charged on my account that they refunded later but never did I receive Fuel refund that was confirmed by Viatrec before my trip.

Just used this company for the first time. Their personalized customer service really made the difference. Excellent communication and affordable options everywhere in USA.

ViaTrec’s customer service is amazing

ViaTrec’s customer service is amazing! We have hired campers all over the world, but ViaTrec looked after us like no-one else. Great communication and intuitive, easy booking procedure. Made our US road trip very memorable!
