My recent experience was a bit of a bumpy ride, and I'd rate it three stars. There was an urgent shipment, and although Mary, my account manager, initially promised a speedy delivery, it got delayed, and I had to bring in another Freight Forwarder to get it sorted.

Their local shipping is fine, but overseas orders face taxing problems, currency conversion, and adress issues, making it less suitable for international shipping.
