My experience was great! I was worried my shoe size wouldn’t be right the first time, but it was exactly what I needed. And I’m grateful for the discount too, really helped out a lot. Great shoes and great colors! Will buy again.

Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu essayer le produit, je pense que la taille en cm sur votre tableau des tailles est faux, je fais 24,5 cm et en comparant j'ai vu 41 alors j'ai pris, je ne me suis fiée qu'au cm ce qui parait logique... C'est beaucoup trop grand, je pense que ca fais bien 2 tailles de plus, je renvoie et des que je suis remboursee je vais voir si je peux avoie une taille qui me correspond mieux. Je fais normalement un 38,5... Dommage

Tolle Schuhe, aber teurer Service…
Die V-Soul Schuhe sind optisch ein Traum und fühlen sich toll an. Aber die Größenfindung ist schwierig. Da die erste Bestellung nicht passte, musste ich 20,50 € für den Rückversand nach Italien zahlen. Jetzt muss ich für die neue Größe noch einmal 15 € Versandkosten bezahlen.
Insgesamt über 35 € nur für den Versand auszugeben, ist extrem ärgerlich. Warum können die Versandkosten nicht in den Preis inkludiert werden oder Retouren kostenlos sein? Das trübt die Freude an der Marke sehr. Tolle Produkte, aber der Service ist leider nicht zeitgemäß.

The worst
The worst, it’s impossible for me to log in, and i know my password, i keep trying to get a password reset but the email never care though. And the menu is terrible, it takes so much time to just find your profile because the icons are not intuitive. And nobody needs this giant moving pictures on the home page and do something about the mobile version.

Design top ! Mais attention aux tailles
J’ai beaucoup aimé le design, même si la pointure que j’ai choisie n’était pas la bonne.
La livraison s’est bien déroulée et les informations par e-mail étaient claires. Cependant, il serait encore plus pratique de proposer un lien de suivi en temps réel.
Je recommande également de donner plus d’importance aux indications de tailles sur le site, car elles diffèrent de celles auxquelles on est habitué pour des chaussures classiques.
Je suis actuellement en cours de retour de mon produit.

Graspifier and Spidrwalk True Barefoots
I purchased the Graspifer and Spidrwalk as they looked really light. When I opened them up I panicked. They looked very different than on the website. But not to worry, when I put them on, they did. The first five finger shoe I bought years ago was more like a slipper than a shoe. I liked it but never trusted it to stay on in action. The Graspifier is easy to put on, fits great and I trust it. I also got the Spidrwalk. Pretty much the same story except hasn’t got much use I like the graspifier too much. In any case, I just ordered the Breezandal.

Horrible site experience! Unable to change shipping/payment address. Purchased gift, had to have it shipped to Canada to spend money to ship to US. Just ridiculous!!

sizing chart is not always accurate
I love the shoes, and its colour. My feet are 24,4 cm and the size 39 is still a little bit too big even though it says on the sizing chart it should be too small for me.

Thank you for your review Malina, we really appreciate it. With FiveFingers, fit is very personal, as every foot and every toe is different. It’s normal for some toes to have a bit more space than others. What really matters is that the longest toe fits comfortably in its pocket, without pulling on the fabric. That’s why the same size can feel slightly different from person to person.

I tried to use a birthday coupon to buy my 5th pair of V-Runs. The coupon would not work. After 3 business days working with a person in customer service, they processed a credit to my credit card to facilitate the effect of the coupon.
Earlier on 12/7/25 I ordered my 4th V-Runs in Black/Blue. The shoes looked the same as the other V-Runs, but felt different. Not long after the Black/ Blue shoes were reduced in price. Suspecting a quality issue, I sent an email to customer service at went unanswered. I black shoes fit perfectly, but the black/blue shoes are unwearable. Even though it may be too late to return them I am going to request a return.
