My order came quickly and in great shape. I ordered two pair for me which are good except the laces are way too short making it difficult to get on. My husband's pair were much smaller than size 43 usually are so we are going to exchange them.

My sneakers got sent back with no money return

AWFUL customer service, low quality shoes and sizing chart.

The shoes I ordered was the cny runs:

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 5th of February, and I chose size 43 mens as it said that it would fit a 26.5cm foot.

Shoes arrived within a week and did not remotely fit, I had at least a 1cm gap at the front and back of the shoe. I contacted support on the 9th feb about how I shouldn't have to pay for the return label for shoes that didn't match the size guide and received a label on the 15th Feb, Then a refund on the 5th of march.

But as I am an impatient person I ordered another pair - 40 women's - on the 10th of feb which arrived shortly and felt amazing - super comfy but the fabric started to rip within a few days of walking - note these are running shoes and they broke with simple walking.

I contacted support on the 23rd feb, got a response the next day asking for pictures which I sent on the 25th..... Then silence till the 15th March when I messaged them to demand a response then only got a reply on the 20th when they told me to use the returns portal - The one that charges you £15 - and I can no longer use as they have taken so long to reply that the returns window has closed.

Shoes are super comfy but fall apart easily, customer service is sh*t

The order came a day ahead of schedule. The Vibrams, size 47, fit perfectly.

La tabla de tallas esta errónea. Yo tengo 25cm de pie y , según la tabla , me tenía que comprar la talla 41. Y eso hice, pero me están muy grandes. Ahora he pedido la 39, a ver qué tal.
Lo malo de esto es que hay que pagar 15€ de gastos de envio cada vez que las pides, así que qué menos que estén bien las tallas
Por lo demás, me gustan bastante las zapatillas pero hasta que no me llegue la talla correcta, no puedo opinar de su uso.
