I ordered my vibratone from the company. They use fed ex ground for delivery .thus it is sent to the post office. This process took 2 weeks from the time of ordering and payment of the product. I called the company twice and nothing was.done to expedite receiving the product

Everyone should avoid these machines; all of them! Let’s just say, if you have kidney stones and don’t know it yet, you’ll find out soon after starting to use one of these machines. In my case, I was hospitalized and have had ongoing issues for over ten years with no end in sight.

OMG! It's the shaking machine from the 70s all over again!! The one that wraps the belt around you and shakes the crap out of you! It was deemed absolutely worthless, how is this overpriced contraption any different? Why did they prove that one doesn't work and yet yours does?

I fell for their advertisements on TV and website! Highly over priced unit. Amazon offers better quality and 4.4 reviewed products at only $99.00 with the same features, remote control and a 60 day money back guarantee. If you try to contact the buyist store email it doesn't exist, if you try to contact their customer support ideavillage customer status it doesn't exist either. Save your money do not buy the Vibratone over priced device. Check out the other companies models that are available.
