I've been waiting 14 days for my diamond painting and i just get told to be patient. Then I was told i will be waiting another 3-5 days. Disappointing.

Had several diamond art kits from Victoriasmoon and loved them all. Bought a cheaper one from elsewhere but definite difference in quality so I only buy from Victoriasmoon now.
Great customer service too. Had an issue with a kit that contained a packet of wrong colour drills and they sent me the correct colour without issue. Prompt, friendly and professional response to emails. Big thumbs up from me!

Really pleased with my religious diamond paintings.Have completed 3 .Have just ordered another 3.

I am unhappy with the service I received. The personalised paint by numbers took weeks to arrive, despite the quick delivery time it describes on the website. I had to email the customer service team twice to get updates on my parcel as after saying it was dispatched, the tracking number given said for weeks that my parcel hadn't arrived at the depot yet. Bizarre. Upon arrival I opened it to see that the sections for each number are FAR TOO SMALL. They can't even be read on the paper print out version of the painting. There is no colour version of the painting either so I can't even figure out for myself which paint colour goes in which tiny section. Never mind the fact that the smallest paintbrush is miles bigger than the sections printed. This was meant to be a relaxing exercise but it has left me more stressed than calm. Disappointed.

1st time i've ordered I bought 3. Was delivered as expected.
However glad I didnt rush in to starting.
The 1st box i opened contained 3 sheets of paper which i initially thought was the codes for same picture. However when coming to starting the diamond art and setting up. I soon realised the other 2 were for the other paintings I'd bought. I then discovered the pack of diamonds wasn't for the picture i was about to start but for one of the others. Luckily i realised befor opening the packet to place in pots. Think more care needs to be taken when packing, to ensure correct contents matches correct picture.
Im pleased with accessories love the trays and pen need to start the painting so can't comment on the finished project yet.

Order with Victoriasmoon twice now, my first 3 canvas were so lovely I order 4 more, delivery for the first canvas slower but was expecting to wait next order came within a week, I was so pleased. Two of the canvas on my second order really lacked detail and I was really disappointed in them. Emailed the company who replied with the finished painting and when I said I was still unhappy with how they would turn out they said to pick two other designs which will be sent free of charge, very happy with the customer service and looking forward to receiving the replacements. Will definitely l be ordering again once I've completed these.

The items I've ordered are all creased. Awful. How do I get the creases out. Emailed VM but no response. Totally spoils the canvass.

Disappointed.

Ordered 19th June and still not received 3rd July.

(28/06/21) Slightly disappointed with the wait to receive my item and still no sign. I ordered it a week ago, and on the website it stated 3-5 days, reviews stated within a couple days, but not for me. I have emailed a few times, and only received one delayed reply to tell me it will be mailed out soon.. no tracking number given or no sign of the parcel still. I’m so excited to receive and get started it seems such a shame waiting so long for it too arrive :( Hopefully it turns up soon..? But I’m disappointed with the service, seems so difficult to get in touch and get a reply. Read about so many positive experiences and quick postage.. an update …. On Saturday I received an email saying it’s on way let’s hope it arrives

(03/07/21) Still not received. I got a response from the company via my review on here, emailed them and still no reply via email again. And no sign of my order. Surely can’t take that long. Very disappointed :(

I am on my second painting and No1 is framed and in the wall.

Ive ordered several canvas from these people and the first one was fine. However subsequent ones are well below standard. Firstly i have discovered that you can get the exact same canvas from a website at less than a third of the price of these. Also the print of the numbers and outlines are far too dark, making it almost impossible to paint over with the watered down acrylic based paints. I complained and they said they would send more paints, they never did. They claimed that Yodel lost the parcel, i spoke with Yodel and they said they never received a parcel from Victoriasmoon. I complained again, and they said they would send out another painting (not a custom one as i had purchased) and claimed it was a oil painting, it was not. It states on the website that it was an oil painting, which is false advertising. It was again a cheap and nasty kit from china. I complained again, and this time they said they would refund me. On their website it says no quibble refund, i beg to differ. Well as of today, which is 10 days since they said they had refunded, i still dont have the refund. They are now saying that my bank is delaying the payment, utter twaddle!! Overall, cheap and nasty products, inferior paints, folded canvas, extremely poor communication and customer service. I wont be a returning customer.

I have ordered several Custom paintings which have turned out really well. The Canvas arrived on a mini roll so was not folded and paints were good quality.
I have raised a few queries with customer service and they responded very quickly with their replies
So glad I found Victoriasmoon.uk to continue my hobby

I'm very pleased with the kit I bought. The paints were very accurate and didn't need any improvement, the canvas was very high quality and overall the experience with Victoriasmoon was very pleasing. The painting itself was just gorgeous when I had finished it and my friend, who got this as a BD present, was so happy to receive it so she hangs it up to her coffee shop.

Ordered my paint by numbers on Thursday and they arrived today everything there how quick was that gonna get started 😀

The colors don't always match the picture. I ordered a portrait of my daughter and her face was orange. It didn't look bad, it was like an old photo but it wasn't what I expected. The canvases are folded which is awful because they refract

I started these paintings during lockdown. I wanted to keep busy and try something new. I really enjoyed doing them (done 2 and about to start the 3rd one) and found it relaxing.
I contacted Victoriasmoon a few times and they replied quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

My Diamond paintings just arrived today to my surprise considering the app to track doesn't work as well as I had ordered them on Saturday 10th Apri. Everything appears to be here and it came in a time fashion. Only two cons was the tracking app doesn't work and they got a bit lazy and stuffed two of the paintings in one box and then sent an empty one to pair up with it. Other than that will defo be using again as that's only minor

I NOW HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.

I ordered 3 paintings on 10th April on 2-3 days delivery, I've still not received them. 5 days ago I was told they were despatched, but Yodel are saying they are still waiting to receive them. Not impressed at all as a first customer 😕

I have been very impressed with this company. Great range of products and excellent customer service. I started painting by numbers when the pandemic began because I was shielding. It certainly saved my sanity and they even did a personalised photo for me and after I painted it I gave it to my sister for her 40th birthday and she loved it! I can't recommend this company enough 5*

On February 12th I informed Victorias Moon that two paint pots were missing from my purchase. I named the paint pots and the picture. I was asked to wait. On February 26th I had heard nothing so I wrote again and the reply came back that they were really busy but I would get the package by mid March! I didn't get the paints so I wrote again and they offered me 30% off another purchase. I wanted the paints so I told them to put them in an envelope and post them. Nothing showed. On the 8th of April I wrote again! They said the paints had been sent out but the courier had lost them! They offered 20% of the price of the original painting! If I could give the no stars I would.

I ordered a paint by number picture on the 1-3 day delivery for my son to do over the school holidays. Well over a week later and I'm still waiting. I emailed Victoria's moon a few days ago and received a reply that was not professionally written and given a tracking number for Yodel. Unsurprisingly this doesn't work and I'm beginning to think I've been scammed.
UPDATE 09/04/21. Painting kit arrived a couple of days ago. I have received a couple of emails from Victoria's moon to apologise and say that the kit was on it's way and apologise for the delay. Kit itself looks good and fingers crossed it will work out well!
