Amazing products, I got the custom paint by numbers and it was amazing, one of the best paining I’ve ever done, and it’s also good for all levels being kids to adults, there just a really amazing product and didn’t take long to come either, very impressed definitely going to get more

Load of rubbish. DO NOT BUY!

We made a purchase for some paint by numbers sets for Christmas presents. Was sent a confirmation with a tracking number. All a scam!!!
Contacted freight company in Australia and internationally and it has not even been received as they said it was sent on the 3rd December.
Emailed VictoriasMoon asking what is happening, with a rubbish response of please wait 3-7 days. Hope they can sleep at night taking money from people that work hard. I hope karma bites you.

Beautiful. Shipment was later than expected but definitely worth the wait. I cannot wait to give it my son. Thank you Victoriamoon.

So easy and so incredibly simple. I did it for a present and has to be the best present I’ve ever given someone so personal and it comes together so nicely. Highly recommend best company out there for a paint by numbers.

An outstanding product. I’ve been using watercolours for many years and wanted to try acrylics ,received a Victoriasmoon canvas as a present and really enjoyed the challenge involved,kept me entertained during lockdown. Enjoyed the experience so much I ordered 3 more canvasses,these are now completed. These canvasses are skilfully designed bringing movement and perspective to a finished piece of art. I’ve ordered 3 more.

I bought a custom canvas of a photograph for my daughter ‘s 50th birthday. It was the first time I had attempted paint by numbers and was a bit daunted by the number of numbers of the canvas. However I persevered and it turned out lovely. My daughter is delighted and everyone thinks it is a real painting. I would certainly do it again. Very therapeutic 👏

To date I have ordered 5 paintings and two stretcher frames.
In comparison to other “paint by numbers” web sites which some have taken 3-4 months to arrive, Victoria’s moon have taken 2-3 weeks.
I will probably order more within the next few days.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I purchased an item as a Christmas gift which arrived damaged. I emailed the company who pretty much said that if I wanted to return the damaged item I would need to pay for the postage which incidentally was almost as much as my item cost seeing as I had to return it to CHINA!!.

I fail to see how any of this was my issue but they just stopped replying to my emails. A complete waste of my money.

Its sad that during this time I could have ordered the same item from Amazon for the same price but chose to support a small business...NEVER AGAIN

BUYER BEWARE and never order from them. At least with the bigger suppliers you have rights and they have their reputation to protect.

Awful awful company

I WOULD BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!

I recently purchased an item for my elderly father as a present for Christmas. My father discovered painting by numbers during the first lockdown which kept him occupied during those long, lonely weeks when he was unable to have any visitors. He has completed several kits now and I’m so pleased that he has found an activity which gives him so much pleasure.

Unfortunately, however, the item which he chose for me to purchase as a gift for him for Christmas is a diamond painting kit and not a painting gift. He made a genuine mistake in choosing a diamond painting kit, as opposed to a painting by numbers kit.

I therefore asked if I could exchange this new and unused kit for a painting by numbers kit.

The reply advised that they cannot exchange it. In their words:

“Thanks for contacting us. They are two different system between painting by numbers and diamond paintings. We can not change it for you directly.

If you still want painting by numbers, you can place the order on [their website]. We would be happy to ask our colleague give you a 30% discount.

The diamond painting is easy and also interesting, u can have a try. If you don't want to do it, you can resell them in your local store or give them to your friends.”

This is my response:

This is very disappointing as the gift is worthless to my father and will not be used. I am unaware of any other retailer which will not exchange items. Unfortunately, I cannot envisage that I, nor my father, will be ordering from your business again.

As a manager myself of a small business, our emphasis is on good customer service and our policy is that we will always exchange if the item is new and unused. Sadly, your company does not appear to have the same principles.

Very good paints and canvases. Delivered within the time they stated. Have now put in more orders for more canvases.

I like this company. I have completed 2 paintings and enjoyed both the activity and finished article, materials are all good quality and worth mounting afterwards. I will be doing another.

Absolutely love them . I have done several now and the quality of the paints and the canvas is the best I have used

Rubbish customer service. I have paid for 3 items only received 2. No emails have been answered, no messages left on messenger have been answered. On other reviews below they have stated to use Facebook, I have and guess what they don't reply!!

Terrible company. I would advise not to use

I ordered from the 3 for 2 range of paintings and complained on Trustpilot when only 2 arrived. However, checking my spam folder I found an email from Victoriasmoon apologising and telling me they will send me the three paintings in a tube to avoid creases. What a result and what great Customer Service. Thank you Victoriasmoon
