Bad Service, delivery not recieved over 2 months time

Hey, I've ordered a tracksuit from Victorykiit on 06/01/2025. It is currently the 5th of August and I still haven't received my package. I've tried contacting Victorykiit by email multiple times and I haven't received a problem-solving answer yet. My last two emails have been ignored, and I strongly advise you not to order anything from this shop

Bad Service, delivery not recieved over 2 months time

Hey, I've ordered a tracksuit from Victorykiit on 06/01/2025. It is currently the 5th of August and I still haven't received my package. Evitate questo sito ho fatto un ordine pensando la merce fosse originale e tutta merce cinese contraffatta di pessima
Qualità. ho pagato in più per avere i nomi stampati dietro e sono arrivati senza nome. Ho scritto per mesi e mesi chiamato per poter inviare il prodotto indietro ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Se acquistate un prodotto sappiate che non potete mai più restituirlo.

Slecht bedrijf, accepteren geen retour

Het is dat je geen 0 sterren kunt geven, anders had ik dat gedaan.
Ik ben niet van het plaatsen van reviews, maar in dit geval wil ik graag anderen waarschuwen voor dit bedrijf.
Na bestelling geen enkele reactie meer gekregen, dus kreeg toen al een vermoeden dat het niet oké was. Daarom gemaild dat ik af wilde zien van de koop. Geen reactie. Shirt binnen veel te laat, wil het retour sturen, maar kreeg reactie dat ze geen retourzendingen accepteren.
Er bestaat nog steeds zoiets als herroepingsrecht? Maar daar houden ze zich niet mee op.
Ik blijf mailen, maar vrees het ergste.
Koop niet via dit bedrijf!

Total scam

Delivered order to a completely different location over an hour away and when contacted they said it was delivered and if I needed any help to contact again, when I did they didn’t reply

Scammers!! I’ve been asking for a return form to be send for more than a week now. Quality of the product they’ve send it’s horrendous. Customer service doesn’t exist. AVOID

Ordered an XL that came up very small

Ordered an XL that came up very small, wasn’t expecting a genuine jersey but the sizing could have been accurate.

Emailed for a return or exchange and was told they won’t take it and this was no fault of there’s and would have to pay a fee.

Yet website says I can return within 14 days.

Just avoid this site at all costs, just another drop shipping company that couldn’t care less about the product.

No socks, poor customer service

Received the kits for my sons’ birthdays but no socks included. Trying to contact them by email, no response yet. Phone number listed on their website is not in use. Happy to adjust this to a 4 star review once I hear back from you and the missing socks have been received. I’m guessing you read these reviews given you’ve responded to another reviewer?

SCAM

Can’t give a 1 star unfortunately. Never received an order confirmation nor the order. Never heard back from customer support. SCAM website which I am now reporting as fraud to both my bank and the ombudsman.
Update: Eventually heard back long after escalating with my bank and received a refund. Customer service is shocking.

Update: Unfortunately the information below from the company in response to this review below is fabricated. Interesting that an item you “sent” the very next day, never arrived either. It was weeks before receiving any form of response from you.
