Professional and relaxed treatment. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit and I went because I was deaf in my right ear and felt my left ear was also a little blocked. Dr Jo was very reassuring and professional as well as being a nice, friendly person. I walked out hearing perfectly. Cheaper than going to Boots the chemist and no travel involved!

Anxiety raised and advice received with future research

Have had several consultations with Dr Jo as a Private GP and the most obvious difference is she genuinely listens - not only because she has the time - which is mainly what you’ve paid for - but because she wants to understand the whole situation and not make clinical decisions in a vacuum. She is very kind and will always ask multiple questions to check her clinical assessment is thorough and sound. I would highly recommend her if you feel you’re having trouble being heard and understood by your NHS GP, or if you just need some un-hurried time to give a GP the whole picture so their clinical decisions aren’t based on a few minutes of just one problem; you have time with Dr Jo to describe the bigger picture, and for questions to be asked both ways.

Can’t recommend Vida medical and aesthetics enough, been for a few appointments now ,Jo makes you feel so calm and is so easy to talk to

Dr Jo, is essentially brilliant at what she does, my lips didn’t take well first time, I was worried about everything, back for a second time, and now they are very kissable. Anaesthetic makes such a difference, discomfort no pain. I will be back.

Joe is fantastic i had injection in my knee she has great patience because I'm not the best with injections highly recommend
