We recently needed a Party Wall Surveyor when our neighbour wanted to inject a damp proof course on their side of the party wall. We engaged James, who provided outstanding service. He expertly navigated the entire process, including thorough inspections before and after the works to ensure our property remained undamaged. His clear communication and diligence were invaluable. I highly recommend James for any party wall matters.
