Software perfect
Support is very fast and nice.

I've tried VidJuice and it really helped me to download most videos from many websites and also helped me to convert any video to audio format of my choice (MP3, for example). I'm so happy that I have bought this awesome software. To be honest, so far, the only videos I couldn't download are the ones at Udemy (since they are protected). I hope VidJuice can find a solution to this issue so that we can download Udemy's protected videos, too.

I am impressed with the quality and speed of this program! They have updates often and even when other video downloaders fail on some difficult sites VidJuice has no problem downloading them. Sometimes you have to dig in the source code of the video site to find the URL but once you get the right URL VidJuices downloads it easily. Great tool and easy to use!

Edit: After chatting with support, I change my review from 1 to 4 stars. They have assured me that they will allow me to use the program even after 5 activation code resets, I just have to email them and they will do it for me. That is fine with me. My only problem now is they need to make this more obvious when selling the product. If they do that, I will change it to 5 stars, because it is a great product and support has been very satisfactory.

Original review: "I bought a Lifetime plan but after each Windows reinstall the activation key stops working and you need to reset it, and you can only do this 5 TIMES! So it's not a lifetime plan if you have to reinstall Windows once in a while. It does state this in ToS but this is not clear when you order the product, I only found out right now because I had to reset the activation code for the 2nd time in less than a year, and they told me in an email. You don't see the ToS before you buy.

The program itself is great, but this marketing is not good enough, and misleading.

I use this program for all my downloads. I used to use 4k downloader but no longer. This program does it all. When I had problems downloading the newest version, the excellent support rep resolved the issues.

This is probably the best video downloader! It has all the useful features that you need and it is simple to use. I've purchased the lifetime plan and I've been using it for almost a year now. Until now, I am more than satisfied. I would like to point out that they have an excellent support center as well. I changed my laptop recently and they supplied me with a license code for my new device within a day. So, I strongly recommend buying a Lifetime Plan and you are all set.

Off all the media download options available on the internet, I have found this to be the fastest and safest.

This program works great and if it doesn't with one of your products they will help and make it happen for you.

The app does what is supposed to do with a very simple interface. So far I have been able to download videos from ever website I wanted, including some that are not mentioned.

There was a source i wanted that wasn't supported and so I emailed support and within a few days it was added as a download source. this is an amazing product.

I have been using this software for around an year now. I first got the yearly subscription, then I went in for the lifetime plan. The software enables me to download videos from sites like YouTube, and in serious bulk. Whenever I have an issue with the software I write to the customer care address. The replies and resolutions are prompt and to the point. End of the day, this is all anyone like me ever expects for the money paid.

This software works in more instances than any other competition.

It is a great product to download videos. Works on almost all platforms (ex : pornhub, even though a few remain not accessable) and very easy to use. I realy like the product.

VidJuice really helps me download the videos I like. I used other methods to download Youtube videos before, but it took me a lot of time and energy. VidJuice makes downloading easy.
