Hi, I had my combi boiler repaired on the 09/09/26 at my home in Eastkilbride. 2 Engineers, Brian and Michael were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my combi boiler straight away, and explained everything clearly. Their workmanship was excellent and they treated my home with real care. It’s rare to meet engineers who are both highly skilled and genuinely kind, but these two were exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with the service. completed the repair to a very high standard. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent throughout the process. The boiler is running better than it has in years. Highly recommended. After weeks of boiler issues, Brian and Michael were a breath of fresh air. Their friendly manner and attention to detail made the whole experience stress‑free. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Brian and Michael. You are an asset to the Viessmann company. Thank you again.
