Vietnamairways レビュー 

First of all they are deceptively pretending to be the national carrier. When in fact they are a travel group. My VietJet plane had an aborted take off out of Korea and in a panic I rebooked on what I thought was Vietnam Airlines. I was given a confirmation for a new flight, then they said it was fully booked. Now I am chasing them for a refund that they keep sending me around the wheelhouse for. Avoid at all costs. I'm pretty sure when they aren't selling fake tickets they are on the other line selling solar panels.

This site is fraudulent and dishonest! They try to impersonate Vietnam Airways advertising themselves as the "official site".
They charged us nearly 3 times the normal fare after advertising "Best price guarantee".
When I showed them the proof that they were price-gauging and asked for a refund, they refused.

They seem legit, I got internal flights from Hanoi to Hue through them but they failed to inform me of a lengthy delay. I was able to check in etc so definitely legit but also a bit suss.

They are not the original vietnam airlines website.
They charge much more than the original price.
Customer service does not pick up the phone or answer emails.
