One of my favorite discount airlines I've flown with in the world.

Just brilliant. Got my visa as promised very quickly. Would highly recommend these lovely people.

I had made a stupid mistake and not checked the status of my visa before arriving at the airport, where I found out it had not been approved because of a typo. I messaged Vietnamevisa on whatsapp, who communicated with me throughout the entire process, right from the very start. They were extremely supportive and understanding of my situation. The instructions they provided were clear. They organised to have my visa expedited and ready to go by the time I had even boarded my second flight into Vietnam. The process was as seamless as it could've been. Even after sorting the visa, they offered support throughout my entire trip in Vietnam. I am extremely grateful for their help - they literally saved my trip.

They really promise and deliver and the best part is they are available 24*7 to answer all your queries. Some may find it expensive but I would say it's value for money. Do not go through dodgy websites or scammers. They charge a decent amount but they deliver quick and with best results.

My credit card payment was not accepted for payment. Emailed them with my application nu E250405NZLLT74167530.made an inquiry through the website" no reply". Bad customer service.
Had to get an emergency visa and pay a recdiculus amount of money. Then again my creditcard was not acepted. Lucky the agent i was dealing with sent another type of invoice and my creditcard was accepted. Are very bad stressful situation. This whole process could have been avoided with better customer service and newer software that accepts all credit cards. Never had a problem paying with my credit card anywhere else in veitnam. Just the government visa department. Appranty this happened to lots of travelers. The veitman visa dept, needs to get a better system in place if they want tourists to have good experience.
