I saw them online and I called them and their response was impressive I decided to try them I was really scared when I was sending the money .... But when I got the hair it was everything I wanted everyone that saw it love it. In conclusion I got a good quality hair.

After two years trying to look for a vendor , I finally found vietnam sunny hair and have never looked back. The hair is soo silky, they don’t mess with length .. the length is very accurate, they do not cheat at all. They made sure the process was easy for me. They sent me videos and updated me daily . I have ordered more hair from them and recommend them to anyone looking to find a good vendor. Affordable and quality hair

The team is pleasant, but you realize they're liars once you try to check that you're not being ripped off. I wouldn't recommend it. No matter what you say, they'll always (!) have a good excuse to justify and defend themselves, and you will always be the person they will accuse. Many people fall into the trap and lose their money.
Vietnamese companies also have many false positive reviews, so don't be fooled... Take care of you and your money.

This company is very honest, they will give customers the quality the want , unlike other Vietnamese factory workers who like to cheat customers,and the videos and samples they give you are very good, After you place an order, they give you other quality that is not you want,and you con not return it, their factory does not accept it, while Sunny Hair factory is different from them,if the workers get the quality wrong, their company will promptly negotiate to solve the problem,I have worked with this factory 2years , I am very lucky to meet this factory,and customers return rate is a hundred per cent ,thank you for this Sunny Hair company,and I will continue to place orders.

Update : She wrote me I wasn’t allowed to write my view here because I didn’t buy anything.( Again a unnecessary and false explanation) Just shows the behaviour and attitude.
If you don’t want bad reviews, which wasn’t so bad, stop being so negative at customers.

First of all, what I look for is soft natural hair. I need it for European ladies which have completely other needs. That’s why I wanted to test hair from Vietnam.
Cause of the good reviews I’ve waited three days for the answer of Sunny Hair (it was weekend so all good).
Instead of fixing the deal I was ignored first by the guy, later by the woman, then I asked for another sales agent and they said okay and the same woman wrote from another number this time more fluent but again instead of fixing the deal she confused me and made me angry as well.
First of all I don’t have to give you a proof of my knowledge. They panicked just because I don’t know how colour 30 looks. Sorry but India, China and Russia don’t have this colour regularly and I never need it before.
I am allergic to sentences like „if you really in this business you should know this / you should know that“ or give me totally unnecessary comments and explanations I didn’t ask for, or I do know for 15 years or simply wrong. It is allowed to send human hair anywhere . Maybe just not in Vietnam.
I made enough mistakes in this industry when I was in my early 20s and learned everything about. And I am also allergic if people don’t respect my time and waste my time with nonsense.
They act without respect and the behaviour may have become arrogant with the time. Or they don’t want to sell to customers which know to much about hair?

„We don’t work with retail“ is the motto. I am not retail. You want to order for about 1000$ for a SAMPLE and they ask you for a insta page. Especially if the customer spend time by texting already and you made an invoice why do you ask at the end? Three chats , one phonecall , multiple written and deleted messages from them at the chat (no idea what that means). They simply write and delete afterwards. And you just see a Info about a disappeared msg.
Ask at the beginning if it’s so important to you for a reason. Sorry guys but there are people in Europe making business totally without Insta. My insta is my private thing. We are a known company for 38 years. People know us, we never used or needed any social media, we own our shops and the real estates of them on top. We do have a working infrastructure. Why should I tell my business every factory? You should invest more in kindness instead of pushing your PR online.

I get messages with „if you want to do business later because you don’t feel comfortable now (….) sorry my dear but this is our policy“ I don’t even understand her point because it’s so much Blabla and that makes me angry. Simply say what you want to say and respect my time! German use to say : Komm zum Punkt !

I purchased this hair for the first time. My hair stylist asked where I got it from because the hair was melting on her curling iron. The hair had a synthetic smell and I went back to question the quality. I was told it was human hair and to see if the problem persisted after washing. After the first wash the smell was gone and when I used my flat iron the hair did not melt. Months later I haven’t had a problem but the shedding was started to be a issue as it was shedding in clumps. I feel that it lasted as long as the other premium brands that I usually use (Bellami and glamseamless). I just purchased again directly from the website and I hope it holds up the same way.

Have been working with Sunny Hair Vietnam for almost a year now and everything has been amazing. The hair quality is high quality and they always go the extra lengths whilst communicating every step of the way. Hanh Thao is so sweet and I love working with her. She explains everything to me despite the time difference. Cheers to one year of business 🥂can’t wait to do more business with this company.
