I ordered something for Mother’s Day. I ordered it 4/30/2025 and I just tracked my tracking today 5/22/2025, and it states that it won’t be here till the 30th. So I contacted via chat and now have told me they sold out of the 80 puzzle and only have the 30 piece, and that “they sent me an email about it”. Well I check my emails daily and they never did and did not try to follow up. Plus they are only giving me a 3 dollar refund. They ruined Mother’s Day and won’t be sending me what I ordered.

Unfortunately i received the wrong size and color of the t-shirt I ordered with a custom made print. I made a ticket and received answer in less than 24 hours about replacement.

Just received the replacement now without any issues at all. Ticket system was also very easy and quick. Very good service!

They sent my package to an incorrect address. I supplied them with the correct address, but they managed to screw it up. Now they're ignoring me and every link I find that's supposed to lead to them is broken. These people are scammers.
