Viisi Expats レビュー

I had an absolutely seamless house-hunting experience with Anne from Viisi Expats! As an expat living in the Netherlands, I was worried the whole property process would be complicated and confusing, but Anne guided me through every single step patiently and professionally.
She responded to all my questions promptly, explained every paperwork detail clearly, and fully understood the unique housing needs of international residents. Thanks to her thoughtful support, I successfully found my ideal home without any hassle.
I highly recommend Viisi Expats and Anne to all expats looking for housing in the Netherlands. 10/10 service!

Their service is beyond perfection. Andrew has been the most supportive, professional, genuine financial advisor even! For real this guy is a living miracle on earth . a million thanks would never be enough. ABSOLUTELY and STRONGLY recommend!!!!

We're very happy with our experience at Viisi, Anne was amazing at guiding us through the process of getting a mortgage, helping us decide on which option is best for us and preparing us for every step. I can only recommend this to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor!

As an expat family buying our first home in The Hague, Anne at Viisi was exactly the advisor we needed.
She supported us through six rounds of bidding — issuing an "Offer with Certainty" certificate each time. We lost the first five, but Anne never made us feel discouraged. When we finally won on the sixth attempt, everything moved incredibly fast: from our first meeting on 21 April to mortgage approval by Obvion on 12 May was just 21 days.
Anne structured our mortgage thoughtfully around our specific situation — single income, 30% tax ruling, and future proceeds from a property in Indonesia. When the taxatie came in lower than expected, she was honest about it and proactively tried to recover the difference, even if ultimately unsuccessful.
For any expat navigating the Dutch housing market, having Anne in your corner makes a real difference. We cannot wait to get the keys on 11 June — hartelijk dank Anne!

The experience couldn’t have been better. Daan was incredibly professional throughout and made even complex topics easy to understand. In a process like this, it’s crucial to have someone guiding you, and Viisi went beyond that by anticipating every step along the way. Their responsiveness, even in urgent situations, was outstanding. I would highly recommend their services.

We really had a great experience at Viisi, in particular with Harry and Anne.

From our very first call with Harry, we felt he understood exactly where we were in our home-buying journey as first-time buyers in the Netherlands. Although we were excited for buying our first home, we were also nervous as we lacked any real understanding of the process. That’s where Harry initially helped as he was very responsive to our emails and calls, and very patient with us as we asked lots of questions. He took the time to give us detailed answers which made us feel like we had a partner in this journey, and that we weren’t alone in this.

Anne was equally responsive and often explained things a few different ways so that we could understand better, which allowed us to make informed decisions on the specifics of our mortgage. Anne presented us with multiple mortgage options that were customised to our situation / goals, and advised us on which mortgage would be best suited for us and why. This, along with her knowledge of the process, made us feel confident in our choices and helped put us at ease. Anne was always a phone call or email away and, like with Harry, we felt like we had true partners in the success of our home buying journey.

We can highly recommend Viisi, especially for expats who are first-time NL home buyers like us!

We were supported by Viisi, and more specifically with our advisor Anne. Viisi was a great partner in our first house journey and we definitely recommend them.

The advise is good and clear, their process is very helpful, and finally they have been very accessible.

Our mortgage application process was handled with great care and went smooth.

Very expat friendly as well.

Great service and working especially with Thomas was a dream. Thank you for the help and for making it so easy to get everything ready and approved!

Once again, for the second time worked with Thomas to purchase our second home & we had a very good experience. Great and timely communication makes the process seamless!

Buying my first home alone felt like a massive risk until I sat down with my advisor, Jaap. He gave me the confidence that this wasn't just a purchase, but a calculated, affordable and exciting move. I strongly recommend Jaap and Viisi for their expertise, reliability, dedication and customer's care!

Working with Viisi was a very smooth and pleasant experience! They were always available for questions and made sure we got a mortgage very quickly.

Our experience with Viisi for mortgage support has been fantastic.
In particular, our advisor Anne Van Ginkel was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything much easier for us to navigate.
We felt very well supported at every step and truly appreciated the guidance we received.
We would definitely recommend Viisi to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable mortgage experience.

Everything went very smoothly and without any issues. We were clearly informed at every step of the process which made everything feel straightforward and well-managed. This was our second time purchasing a home, and once again we chose to work with Viisi and we’re glad we did.
Thanks to Brent, Fedor and Margy for their helps and supports throughout the process.

Big thanks to Rutger and the team at Viisi. The whole process was incredibly fast—everything was sorted in just a few days. They got me a great deal and kept things moving much quicker than I expected. Really professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

A few years back, Niels Lengers has helped us to secure our first mortgage. It was such a pleasure to work with him (and with Viisi in general) that, when, we've recently decided to upscale, we asked him to be our mortgage adviser again :)

Like the last time, everything was perfect. - Timely responses, willingness to answer any questions we had, attention to details, and a personal touch. That's not to mention the fact that we were in close contact about a year before we managed to find the right property. - We just couldn't ask for more.

Should we go for another property some time from now, you don't have to guess whom we'd call :)

We are very satisfied with the whole process of applying for a mortgage via Viisi and would recommend them to our friends and family. Viisi provided a lot of helpful information and advise upfront, walked us through the whole process in detail and were always available for further clarifications. The costs were transparent and we got exactly what we expected and more from them.

Anne my financial advisor provided me with necessary information from the start until the final delivery process.

I had a really good experience working with Niels from Vissi Mortgage while arranging my mortgage. He helped me through the whole process step by step and made things much easier to understand.Niels was always patient, clear, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. We had a great experience with Viisi throughout our entire home-buying journey. They supported us not only when arranging the mortgage, but also in the months before, helping us understand the process and prepare everything properly.
