I ordered one pair of tights on December 5, 2025. They took out my payment on December 6. 2025. I have heard nothing from them. When I try to track this order I am told check back later. I am frustrated & very disappointed. It is now the night of Wednesday 12/17/25. I would not have ordered if I knew of disappointing feedback.
They have wonderfully detailed color ads everywhere I shop on line. It’s just too bad they have not put positive energy into their customer service & communication skills.

The company is scam.

This company is a sham - I ordered 4 pairs of tights as gifts. Two are so misprinted they're unwearable, one was the complete wrong item. The quality of the tights and printing is laughable - do not buy from this scam of a company. Customer Service is impossible to reach and will only offer a 30% refund on the unusable goods.

Orribili! Appena le si indossa il motivo stampato scompare e diventa trasparente, inoltre ai due lati delle calze c'è una striscia trasparente di assenza di colore. Le fotografie sono evidentemente photoshoppate e rendono solo a calza non indossata.
Peccato non si possano dare zero stelle!!!

I received these tights and they look nothing like the tights on the website. The coloring is off and once you put your legs in the tights the coloring blurry. Looks like you have on compression tights. Definitely Not What I Expected!!!!

After waiting several weeks for delivery (I should have done due diligence and realised they would ship from China) I am deeply disappointed with the quality of these tights. There is no shape, no support (quite baggy) and the print is poor quality with what looks like misprinting of the design on the outside of the legs. Haven’t been able to wear them, very poor product.

Edit: I received my order on today, 12/14. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with these tights. They fit perfectly and the colors are vibrant just like the website. The whole waiting period is what I dislike the most. My suggestion is that you order, only if you have a month to wait.

I placed my order on 11/21 .. by the schedule that they give on-line, I should’ve received it over a week ago. It’s been in Dallas for 5 days and I’m in Louisiana. I should’ve read these reviews before ordering. I will be back with an update, once I receive them.

I ran across this brand out of nowhere. I decided to give them a chance because everything looked so high fashion and with great quality. It took a little while to get them but let me tell you just HOW MUCH I LOVED THEM!!! I received them today, and they look EXACTLY like the photos. I'm in awe of how beautiful these tights are, from the quality to the careful and detailed packaging! A gorgeous handwritten note and everything. Such a wonderful shopping experience and I'll be purchasing more very soon. You'll love them...I sure did:)

This product had so much potential, but did not live up to it! Seams! Why are there seams on the outside of the tights? It looks horrible and doesn’t line up. Not to mention, the color is completely saturated when the tights are pulled up and on your body. Totally not vibrant like the picture. Way to much money for a subpar product. The only positive is they are very soft.

If you want to wait a month to get them from China along with terrible customer service, order from Viken Plan. Otherwise, printed tights are available all over --shop somewhere else.
Background:
Ordered tights on Nov 22 with a 2-3 day processing time published on the product listing. On Nov 28 the tights had not shipped. I reached out, they replied and stated they had extended ship times due to increased purchases. However, they were still advertising 2-3 day processing and had not sent any notices in the last week to customers. I waited 3 days and the tights still were not shipped. I responded again expressing that they should consider updating their website because people who purchase items make plans around the expected delivery date and now it has been almost two weeks that they haven't shipped them. They replied, completely ignoring that they were still falsely advertising ship time and said 'Your items were shipped" and that I should have them by MID DECEMBER... and I check today, nearly 2 weeks later and they are still in China. Still not shipped.
The fact that they are aware their ship times are off and refuse to update their site shows that they'd rather trick a customer into purchasing than tell the truth about how long it will take to get tights--a month if not more. And if you expect that $40USD price tag to come with customer service? Think again.

Die Ware ist untragbar, es kann nur gewarnt werden. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie es zu irgendeiner hinlänglich guten Rezension kommen kann. Ich war zweifelnd, habe mich dann aber durch die schönen Bilder und vor allem durch den doch gehobenen Preis irritieren und betrügen lassen. Es handelt sich um wirklich in jeder nur auszudenken den Beziehung aller billigsten Chinaschrott. Leider ausschließlich ein Fall für den Müll. So wie ich die Strumpfhose ausgepackt habe, so habe ich sie weggeschmissen.

They don't ship on time (or at all) and the customer service won't give an answer other than they are too busy.
(Update) The tights came after a couple of weeks and looks nothing like the picture. The prints are large and cartoon-like. It's a battle for a refund and a completely disappointing experience.

Sadly, have to warn potential customers against buying these actually UNWEARABLE tights. The colors are nothing like on their website. Everything is blurry. My least favorite thing is the seam in coloring on both sides of each tight. I contacted them three working days ago about the return - haven't heard from them yet. Very unpleasant experience...

Absolutely love the packaging and quality of the tights I was hoping that they would be a little thicker but they are beautiful!

delivery time was states 4–5 days, but took 16 days and the articles arrived too late. I tried to get the return form and label but first this terrible company only offered a discount and after I refused SEVERAL times they didn’t answer ever again.
PLUS other reviews say it's very bad quality. It is produced in China.

The first pair came and were completely the wrong colour , the second pair came and they ran in the wash and were not colour fast.
A £40 pair of tights should not be a one wear product !!! Although this was a completely defective product which has to be put into the bin the company offered a tiny 15% refund which is completely unacceptable.
This product should not be on the market as it is still in prototyping stage.

You are buying cheap-feeling white tights with designs printed to order on them in China. The designs are the ones on the website, but the images there have been photoshopped to make them brighter and clearer and remove the obvious lines down the sides of the tights where the print lines meet.
It took several weeks to arrive from. China with no tracking info once it got to the UK and no reply from customer services when I enquired.
To top it all, they appear to have made a bunch of fake five star reviews on here in dodgy English.
I will wear these, but no way would I have paid this amount of money for them if I had seen what I was getting ahead of time.

These 5 star reviews are fake. They were all written on the same date and with the same tone.
