Trash customer service

I ordered a skin 10/23/25 and contacted customer service as soon as i got my confirmation email to let them know that i had purchased before and already had the trader on my friends list on steam. they said that i would have to add them, completely ignoring what i said, then said it would be delivered immediately. Skins cant be gifted for the first month, which isnt an issue because i had been friends with the trader for several months. but i let it go and waited for the next day.

i contacted them the next day to ask them for an update on the order and explained again that i had already been friends with the steam account for more than a month and they said they would "let him know". I messaged several more times over the next several hours and received no response. about 10 hours later i still had not received a response. nobody checking on it. nobody responding to me. I went to their help page to try to join the discord because they said there are faster responses on discord, and the link doesnt work.

So now I cant get in contact with anyone regarding my order. Its been 4 days since my order, and nothing but a frustrating experience since. they might do the occasional order right, but its been nothing but frustrating in my most recent experience.

oh and i tried to leave a review on their website that reflected my experience... deleted immediately of course.

Let me talk about the elephant in the room. We're not ignoring you, per se. I'm delivering the information to my distributor exactly when you forward us your steam link, and I delivered your words exactly as you said, even screenshotting you the time and date with chat on our distributor to see that I'm on time on my deliveries to my distributors and towards my customers.

About the experiences, I suspect we're in different time zones, judging by the time you message me over Discord, I'd be fast asleep by then, but I still make my reply first thing when I'm awake. In your review, you talked like I abandoned you, which is not true.

About the reviews on the main site, as I've already addressed in Discord, we showed the feature reviews first, and then they will show recents later when you're at a certain point of the website.

And after reading your review on both the main site and here, I suspect this will be your last purchase from us. So I hope nothing but the best for you. If in any case you come back to us for more, we'd still be welcoming you with open arms.

Beware, I bought an account and after 1year and they recovered it. after you spend money and alot of thing to that account , and all they can do is offer you a 15% discount on a new purchase.

Bought an account from these guys

Today I bought an account from these guys. Like everyone else, I was incredibly nervous, because the account can always be returned through the original mail, but I still decided to buy it.
Prices for accounts are good, customer service is on top.
I logged into the account and everything is fine so far. Maybe I'll change my review if something happens to my account and they don't help me restore it, but for now, everything is great - 5 damn stars.

I would also like to thank Ian Anderson, who answered all my questions for almost 4 days, a man of incredible endurance.

The initial account didn't work but all resolved within an hour

The initial account didn't work, but the support was very fast and resolved everything within an hour. I think it's common for there to be hiccups in these kinds of services. I'd give it 5 stars if it were streamlined but other than that if you want a Dota 2 account this is a good service.

Per the ticket, we've told you we've sent out a lot of information to help you claim the account back, but Steam demanded a Steam wallet code that we couldn't provide and, therefore, dismissed your case, we recognize that we couldn't help you with another account due to we've already swapped the account back then for you and the warranty's date is expired, so the best next thing is to offer you a big discount for your latten trouble but you refuses.

We at Viking value our reputation, and we value our customers even more than everything, which has several confirmed reviews, as you can check below and on our website reviews. We are not going to proceed in scammy practice as you lay claims. We fought hard to help you with your account, but since we couldn't do so, we are offering you a big discount as a token of our gratitude and our apologies. unhelpful staff, lying about lifetime warranty on accounts

I bought an account and I have for some reason lost access to the account, they state that they offer full time warranty on the accounts. I was in dm's with VIKINGDOTA.ATEE, and he has stopped responding me after telling me that he can't help the issue and tells me that he'll give me a discount on my next account although they have stated they offer lifetime warranty on the accounts. I am extremely disappointed.

Viking.ATE has been applying the warranty since 2019 to help you out with your order since mail.ru has deactivated the original email, and he has no power to restore it. I hope you understand his struggle.

They sell accounts that cannot find games

I don't recommend it, I bought a Dota 2 account that I could play competitively, they gave me an account that doesn't find games, for 3 days I tried, but without success, when I opened a ticket, they gave me another account to test, this new account worked, but they not sent the data for email exchange, they told me that because I had added Dota Plus to the faulty account, I lost the warranty and the right to exchange, truly absurd.

Guarantees are for things that worked at least once, for 3 days I tried to use the account, but without success, as I didn't find games, if for you this is a normal time, you seriously need to review your concepts, there are positive comments, but If a new customer is drawn with a defective account, they will be at a loss. In your own comment, you are saying that you will try to resell a defective account.

Hi bro,

Let me give you a thorough explanation of why we can't help you with this case.

So, by purchasing the Dota 2 Plus, you have to add some sort of funds within the account which violated our rules and warning. Therefore, we're eligible to follow our rule set of our own and void your warranty as you've already set and stone a digital footprint upon the account. I've well explained to you why we couldn't take it back but you keep insisting we're imposing unmanned rules out of nowhere, self-demanding a refund, and opening a dispute with your credit card company. We haven't made any of those, we only following our rule set which you can find here: https://help.vikingdota.com/

Second of all, the account given to you was a normal account, not a premium account, so it can take a long time to find games, we saw that affected and gave another account to test after you re-open another ticket. But this is before the reveal that you've added funds to the account. That's why we can't further swap out the account for you and lead both of us to this disagreement.

It will be simple if you don't add funds in. We can simply swap the 2 accounts out and you have full information on the test account. But by adding funds in. You marked it and left a digital footprint on the account, now it is hard for us to resell and it's hard for us to contain the information for the next owner of said account to use. If we do agree to swap and take the account back, in case Steam asks for information that you've imposed on the account, how can we be sure you will be there on short notice?

We at Viking value our reputation, and we value our customers even more than everything which has several confirmed reviews as you can check below and on our website reviews. But we'll not tolerate those who impose their wrongdoing and think of it as the right thing to do without reading/understanding our rules set, warnings which we've made first aware of when you purchase any form of service from us. Best experience buying and refunding

I had a long experience while buying an account and spending like 350dollars on it. During this time i had many second thoughts because buying a steam account implies you will never really own it because the original owner can always take it back with original email phone etc. Anyway, at dota 2 i found a very supportive team that assured me that this wont be the case with them. So i bought an account with silver warranty( 7 days refund if no mmr games played) . I bought it for arcana s. I figured fast that i love my main account even if i dont have all the fancy arcana s and fearfully i requested a refund. The process took a bit more than buying the account and i felt it wont happen( the refund) but guess what, those amazing guys not only refunded me the account s price but also the warranty money. I cant stress enough how safe it is to buy from them. It s hard at first but afterall it was a great experience. Also i got to test the amazing arcana feeling for a few days, enough to get saturated. Highly recommend.

untrusted site ever seen bought an account dota2 in this site then account cant even login cause they cant gave me right password ( cause they lost it). they did exchanged new account but that account didnt get warranty anymore cause their fault ? xD .
After that, 2 week later i started changing password but my mistake put an special charracter in so cant loggin in account . and the email they gave with an account cant be used to recover password back cause steam changing policy they require phonenumber.
i write a ticket on their discord asking for support . they said phonenumber that they did register for that account is virtual number so cant use to receive code of steamguard . so they cant claim account back .
And cause they did exchange me with new account before ( cause their mistake like i said above) so now the currently account cant be warranty ???)
so untrusted better go epicnpc to buy account guys since this website only selling account with virtual phonenumber cause they bought from other seller ( so if the seller who sell account for them changing password then u lost that account cause they dont have real phonenumber

steam has change their policy half year ago :)) that if u lost password they will send email recovery( after u press forgot password) and asking u for phonenumber to send a steam code so that u change password back

Hi, we'd like to share our words about the situations that we put you into, I understand that you're frustrated over this since we cannot reach a common ground.

However, the account was fine when we made the swap, it's login-able and we do recommend you change everything right away since you can log in and play the game, the warranty's done for the account we swapped and we asked for nothing in return.

So what's the problem? the problem lies in the warranty package you've ordered. Your order VKD247xx, is a standard warranty package, and we did cover the account as promised the duration of the package was voided as 7 days have passed. Per your statement, 3 possible outcomes contributed to the delay in your account did not arrive right away.

1. The payment method you're using is a Bank Transfer. The situation will most likely be your bank has deducted the amount from your bank account causing delays on their end. If that is the case, we've no control over the transactions, and the bank usually will approve and deliver the transaction from 3H to 48H. There are some cases where it will take over a week to process the transaction. For this one, we ask you to wait and keep an eye on your email as the account information will be sent instantly after the amount has successfully transferred to us.

2. You're sending money over PayPal without following our instructions. You either left it blank or wrote extra characters within the messages board. Whenever this happens, it'll depend on our moderators/administrators to manually check and approve the transaction ourselves. Depending on the hours/days, our moderators/administrators' availability might be different from yours. At the time of writing, all the pending orders have been approved by our admin. You can now check your email and follow our instructions to make sure you can enjoy the account to your fullest!

Great and fast service that you can rely on. Just give those boosters a tip when you get a chance. They're really awesome to play with and would periodically give you tips and tricks on how to actually be useful in a game. Needs more freebies tho.
