I ordered a skin 10/23/25 and contacted customer service as soon as i got my confirmation email to let them know that i had purchased before and already had the trader on my friends list on steam. they said that i would have to add them, completely ignoring what i said, then said it would be delivered immediately. Skins cant be gifted for the first month, which isnt an issue because i had been friends with the trader for several months. but i let it go and waited for the next day.
i contacted them the next day to ask them for an update on the order and explained again that i had already been friends with the steam account for more than a month and they said they would "let him know". I messaged several more times over the next several hours and received no response. about 10 hours later i still had not received a response. nobody checking on it. nobody responding to me. I went to their help page to try to join the discord because they said there are faster responses on discord, and the link doesnt work.
So now I cant get in contact with anyone regarding my order. Its been 4 days since my order, and nothing but a frustrating experience since. they might do the occasional order right, but its been nothing but frustrating in my most recent experience.
oh and i tried to leave a review on their website that reflected my experience... deleted immediately of course.

Beware, I bought an account and after 1year and they recovered it. after you spend money and alot of thing to that account , and all they can do is offer you a 15% discount on a new purchase.
Today I bought an account from these guys. Like everyone else, I was incredibly nervous, because the account can always be returned through the original mail, but I still decided to buy it.
Prices for accounts are good, customer service is on top.
I logged into the account and everything is fine so far. Maybe I'll change my review if something happens to my account and they don't help me restore it, but for now, everything is great - 5 damn stars.
I would also like to thank Ian Anderson, who answered all my questions for almost 4 days, a man of incredible endurance.

The initial account didn't work, but the support was very fast and resolved everything within an hour. I think it's common for there to be hiccups in these kinds of services. I'd give it 5 stars if it were streamlined but other than that if you want a Dota 2 account this is a good service.
Beware, I bought an account and after 6 months they recovered it. They will tell you itâs your fault and offer you a discount on a new purchase.

I bought an account and I have for some reason lost access to the account, they state that they offer full time warranty on the accounts. I was in dm's with VIKINGDOTA.ATEE, and he has stopped responding me after telling me that he can't help the issue and tells me that he'll give me a discount on my next account although they have stated they offer lifetime warranty on the accounts. I am extremely disappointed.

I don't recommend it, I bought a Dota 2 account that I could play competitively, they gave me an account that doesn't find games, for 3 days I tried, but without success, when I opened a ticket, they gave me another account to test, this new account worked, but they not sent the data for email exchange, they told me that because I had added Dota Plus to the faulty account, I lost the warranty and the right to exchange, truly absurd.

Guarantees are for things that worked at least once, for 3 days I tried to use the account, but without success, as I didn't find games, if for you this is a normal time, you seriously need to review your concepts, there are positive comments, but If a new customer is drawn with a defective account, they will be at a loss. In your own comment, you are saying that you will try to resell a defective account.

I had a long experience while buying an account and spending like 350dollars on it. During this time i had many second thoughts because buying a steam account implies you will never really own it because the original owner can always take it back with original email phone etc. Anyway, at dota 2 i found a very supportive team that assured me that this wont be the case with them. So i bought an account with silver warranty( 7 days refund if no mmr games played) . I bought it for arcana s. I figured fast that i love my main account even if i dont have all the fancy arcana s and fearfully i requested a refund. The process took a bit more than buying the account and i felt it wont happen( the refund) but guess what, those amazing guys not only refunded me the account s price but also the warranty money. I cant stress enough how safe it is to buy from them. It s hard at first but afterall it was a great experience. Also i got to test the amazing arcana feeling for a few days, enough to get saturated. Highly recommend.

untrusted site ever seen bought an account dota2 in this site then account cant even login cause they cant gave me right password ( cause they lost it). they did exchanged new account but that account didnt get warranty anymore cause their fault ? xD .
After that, 2 week later i started changing password but my mistake put an special charracter in so cant loggin in account . and the email they gave with an account cant be used to recover password back cause steam changing policy they require phonenumber.
i write a ticket on their discord asking for support . they said phonenumber that they did register for that account is virtual number so cant use to receive code of steamguard . so they cant claim account back .
And cause they did exchange me with new account before ( cause their mistake like i said above) so now the currently account cant be warranty ???)

steam has change their policy half year ago :)) that if u lost password they will send email recovery( after u press forgot password) and asking u for phonenumber to send a steam code so that u change password back
