Donât waste your time
My issue is not with the product! Itâs with customer service! On numerous occasions my card has been automatically charged when I paused payments through their portal. Iâve spoken to customer service MORE THAN ONCE about this to no avail. Whatâs even more frustrating is that they assured me it wouldnât happen again after the last time. Then when I contacted them recently, their response was that I reactivated my subscription again when it CLEARLY shows on my end that I DIDNT!!! And just like that it was basically my problem and not their fault! There are many other companies whoâs product works the same if not BETTER! Iâm going to switch over today. Donât waste your time and money on a company that doesnât care about you. Respect comes first
