Verblijf in deze villa was fantastisch , eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Alles is zeer goed geregeld en doordacht. Wij komen zeker terug naar Villa il Poggiolo !

Villa au top! Magnifique piscine chauffée, jacuzzi... Et une vue exceptionnelle.
L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel.

Enfin, notre hôte, Stefano est disponible, flexible, plein de bons conseils et très sympathique.

Que demander de plus!!! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

La villa est splendide très bien équipée et les photos du site correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Vue mer incroyable
Stefano est très sympathique.
Une remarque cependant : la présence de caméras extérieures non mentionnée dans l annonce.

Séjour de rêve dans cette maison de caractère à la vue magnifique sur la ville, les oliviers et la "grande bleue" : mer. Draps, serviettes douche et piscine fournis.
Accueil très agréable par Stefano qui nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et toutes les explications nécessaires. Très belle piscine et jacuzzi très bien entretenus.
Nuits calmes, temps parfait et petites pépites de villages perchés à proximité ainsi qu'une belle cité antique.
Le centre ville de Diano Marina est très joli, piétonnier ++ avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants du plus simple au plus élaboré. Je conseille vivement cette location et cette station balnéaire.

We had an outstanding stay in 2019 - the entire family enjoyed the view, the house, the Pool, the wheather...thus we booked again for 2020. With covid hitting europe, Mauro was absolutely professional and proactive - we could reschedule our booking to 2021. We are very much looking forward to returning to his place.

I wanted to stay at the beautiful Villa il Poggiolo with my family later this year. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip due to the uncertain times of COVID-19.

After I reached out to Mauro and told him that we need to cancel our trip to Liguria, he has immediately replied and refunded the deposit. I got it back in my bank account already the next day.

I definitively would like to travel to Liguria and stay at Villa il Poggiolo once we are allowed to travel again.

The customer experience was great from the first touch point, when I reached out to Mauro and asked if he has an available house for our family, until the last time when I had to cancel our reservation. He was always very kind and supportive.

Villa il Poggiolo ist bella vita pur. Wir kommen regelmäßig nach Diano Marina und fühlen uns immer wieder wie im Paradies. Der Kontakt und die Begrüßung durch Mauro und Stefano ist immer sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Beim ersten Besuch haben wir eine Vielzahl an Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen erhalten. Auch im Appartment gibt es eine liebevoll zusammengestellte Informationsmappe. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Tip top sauber und alles genauso traumhaft wie auf den Fotos. Vom Balkon aus genießt man einen Panoramablick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Der Poolbereich mit großem Pool und Jacuzzi und vielen Sonnenliegen ist unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch hier genießt man einen Wahnsinnsausblick. Es ist alles top gepflegt und der Pool ist exklusiv für die drei Parteien im Haus. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Tsichtennisplatte und einen Pizzaofen. Wir können Villa il Poggiolo nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen jedes Jahr wieder. Grazie Mauro e Stefano

I made absolutely trustfull experiences with the booking and refunding procedure. After canceling my booking, Mauro has immediately returned my payments. Communication and handling was great!

Mauro is a reliable person and replied really fast to my e-mails. Sadly, we had to cancel our trip. The refund was uncomplicated and the money was transferred fast to my bank account. We hope that we will be someday his guests.
