Very difficult to return product and order replacement product!!!

Sent 20mm croc-mocha silver strap .. I need a 22 croc-mocha strap. Extremely unusable website… plus phone number for support is non-existent! Published number does not connect!

Great products and customer service! Highly recommended company in every regard!

I initially saw the watch I bought on social media. It was more than I’ve ever spent on a watch, but “had to have it”. The watch is perfect. I had a question regarding something I noticed on the watch, and it was answered thx to their prompt reply to make it work. Exceeding my expectations.

If something breaks when obviously under warranty they offer a $20 repair credit, as if that's ANYWHERE CLOSE to what it would actually cost to get it fixed. Absolutely BS and they know this. Simply part of their funnel to add resistance and pay as little as possible in warranty claims. They have a reputation for being poor quality among people who actually know watches (check any non-paid reference online for proof of this).

They offered me a consolation 25% off, which is LESS than the 30% off I can currently receive from a different offer they provide.

It’s hard to separate the character of the people from how they do business at this point.

I gave my son a Black Scout watch and he loves the weight, and simplicity of the watch. It's a great dress watch. I also gave two scout watches to my brothers, and they also had positive reactions to the weight and presentation of the watches.

Bought a second watch after getting the Killswitch Automatic (Love it)
Second watch Stratos Titanium Neptune, not so much. The second hand ticks 2 seconds at a time off and on. Customer Support was not helpful at all. Offered $20.00 for a jeweler to repair. Not a chance. Ignored replies for other options. Very bad service for a repeat Customer.

What great customer service! I sent an email to their support team that a piece of jewelry I had bought was broken. I needed to get it fixed. Within a half hour I had my answer and solution. You make it easy to do business with your company. Thank you.

I purchased the special gold and carbon edition. The watch is incredible. I’ve been wearing it for two days now, and I often get stopped by people, even strangers, telling me how beautiful it is.

I had a small delivery issue that was not Vincero Watch’s fault, but they still helped me. Their customer service is number one.

It’s one of the most beautiful watches I own, and by far one of the highest quality.

When I ordered the watch, it arrived within 3 days. The quality of the watch is amazing, looks even more beautiful in person. My only issue was the watch didn’t come with extra links, so my husband wasn’t able to start wearing it right away. I reached out to customer service via email, and their response time was something I’ve never seen before dealing with any other company. They responded within minutes of my first email, and took care of my issue right away & extra links are currently on the way to me. Honestly they deserve more than 5 stars, will definitely order again

I ordered four items and all are in good quality. There was a small mistake on the size of a watch strap but it was promptly and wonderfully handled. I'll be buying more soon.

Vincero is a great company to deal with. I had some questions, which were answered quickly. Also my watch arrived very fast. I'm extremely pleased with my experience.

I normally don’t write negative reviews. They tried to send me fake photos of what I returned and claimed it had been worn! That was a lie because it wasn’t the same bracelet I purchased! I returned it immediately and reordered it in a smaller size. BBB has had many complaints regarding their business and now I know why! 😡😡😡

An incredible company made up of even better people. Professional, compassionate, and truly impactful. Had an issue with my glasses (my fault). I sent an email for assistance. Support responded SO fast and went above and beyond to get me taken care of! They very clearly care about their customers!!!

This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced with taking days to respond to emails. Additionally, they offer gift vouchers with purchases but then don't reveal that they require further stipulations to be able to use the voucher, such as a minimum purchase amount. My wife bought me a necklace for christmas and got a 50$ voucher as a bonus gift included. However upon trying to use it, found out that it required a 150$ or more purchase to use. This was never communicated until after the initial purchase buy customer service. It never made that aware at the time of purchase of the necklace or even in the email in which the voucher was delivered.

Quick delivery and a wonderful watch. Love it. Fits perfectly in my collection and on my arm 😉

Was unsure to order it, and worried it would be delivered in time. I checked with support on line and received a response same day! Just received watch it’s a Christmas present so I will let you know what my friend thinks. But so far impressed

Horrific experience. They sent a watch band that was labeled as 22mm. It clearly was not. I sent numerous images including one with a measurement. They literally kept emailing me ignoring basic facts and then demanded I pay for return shipping. Not sure if they are using AI for customer service but there is no chance I would buy from them again. Disputed the charge to my credit card company.

I have 7 Vincero watches between Wifey & I. Great quality, and style for the money with great shipping speed! Be sure to determine crystal type (mineral or sapphire) as they offer both; I much prefer sapphire.
