Ich habe am 25.02.2026 eine Anfrage an Vincheck mit der Fahrgestellnummer meines in den USA gekauften Autos gestellt. Ich wollte nur den Service Bericht haben . Ich habe dann sofort bezahlt und sollet spÀtestens nach 48 Stunden den Bericht per Email Ìbermittelt bekommen . Ich habe bereits auf der sogenannten Service Plattformm nachgefragt. Bis heute den 02.03. 26 keinerlei Antwort bzw. keinen Service Bericht erhalten .
Nach meiner Beschwerde Ìber Trust Pilot kam auf einmal ein bericht bei mir an ,der vollkommen wertlos ist ,keinerlei Service EintrÀge nichts relevantes.Macht nichts ,ich habe heute nachmiitag Ìber meinen GMC HÀndler in Fort Myers den originalen Carfax Bericht bekommen, es sind u.a. genau 10 Service mit Datum ,Uhrzeit und Meilenstand eingetragen.Der Bericht war Ìbrigens kostenlos. Soviel zu dem Mist ,was diese Firma Vincheckexpert fÌr 20 $ GebÌhr liefert .

Im Vorab-Check-Bericht stand, dass keine Wartungshistorie vorhanden ist.

Fake service - no response
I have asked for a check giving the VIN number and they claimed that it was not correct. I asked for a reimbursement since the service is not fulfilled , written two times and I am still ignored
