I had a potential buyer for a motorcycle that insisted I buy a "Vinfax Pro Report". I had a report from the Victorian Sate Government agency that handles such matters, which the potential buyer seemed not to trust. The Vinfax site has a section labelled "sample reports". Every vehicle for selection returned the same sample report, with the contents masked. It wasn't clear what this company is actually selling in terms of their reports.

I discontinued the conversation after repeated insistence that I buy this "report".

This is a scam site,they pretend to be a motivated buyer and try to pressure you to give your credit card details.avoid like the plague!

This website is a scam dont deal with them , the company is called "Pioneer Papers" and it is located in india , google it

Made the mistake of using this service. I wanted Carfax report and got the Auotcheck report. Be careful when selecting which report you wish to buy.

While they initially tried to help me, they wouldn't do anything until I removed my claim. This of course does not leave me any recourse if they don't follow-up. Simple call to block the charge on my end, but this could have been easily avoided.

Also reporting to PayPal as they way they handled this was less than ideal.

Highly recommend using a verified or sponsored service rather than Vinfax. Will cross-post this review.

Been using Vinfax for 2 years now, and they always do promotions and deals.

I recently found out about vinfax and love using it, i just wish i found out about it long time ago instead of paying over $10 a report.

I started using vinfax about a year ago. I never had any issues and always had the best customer service.

Vinfax is fast and cheap, I’ve been using vinfax when I started to buy cars to flip last year. Way more affordable than anywhere else. And there’s no wait it automatically emailed to me.
