The company violated consumer rights
Edit: Refund was received from the company
The company violated consumer protection laws by charging 1$ and then deceptively hiding terms of renewal which costs 99$ at the bottom of their website in fine print. The FTC mentions that the terms should be clear and conspicuous, rather the website puts 1$ largely and the rest very small in the bottom. I would like a refund in this case for the 99$ charge to my account due to deceptive practices and violations of my consumer rights.
