Fake Birkenstock sandals. Offered 30% refund instantly which I would say confirms they are definitely fake.

Fraudulent website, avoid!

Definitely fake birkenstock. Company says based in London, but shipping tracked from China and took 3 weeks. Don't think it's worth hassle to return, even though they are not comfortable and big fitting. Saved £15 instead of buying off ASOS, learned my lesson not to cut a corner next time!

Where to begin.....they sent the wrong size, and still expected me to pay shipping fees to return an item they wrongfully sent. All the options suggested involved me paying for a mistake they made or getting a 40% refund on an item that I didn't order and was incorrect.
Every exchange on their part implying they are trying to find a middle ground which is completely ludicrous. Why as customer I need to pay for a mistake they made in sending me the wrong item is beyond any logical understanding.
Stay away! Goods are also counterfeit so not worth the trouble.
The company has a UK site but this is clearly based in China. Return address in France. Stay away!

I believe that this company is fraudulent. I was trying to place an order for BIRKENSTOCK arizona since 9th June - luckily for me their customer service is atrocious. No response for a week to an email (via their contact form), no customers service number to call, direct emails take days to be responded to. Half-arsed replies that don't make a lot of sense. On seeing the other reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to check the store address on google maps. Turns out it is NOT the shop front they show on their website, but just a residential road in London. Had a lucky escape from what I believe is a COMPANY SELLING FAKES FROM CHINA. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

This is a scam. They are based in China. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks, but they are not genuine!

Took a chance and ordered some Birkenstock Arizona sandals from this company. After ordering I realised that this company is selling fakes which are shipped from China. Also I ordered leather uppers with a soft footbed and received plastic uppers with the hard footbed. Now being asked to pay to return to France! This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs!

Took a chance on a new online store but shouldn't have bothered. Ordered the oiled leather Birkenstock Arizonas. First red flag was that they shipped from China!! Finally received them to find they were not as ordered. Birko-flor and wrong colour. Customer Service very poor to respond...need to contact them by email for return/refund and do not respond for several days, despite claims they will respond within 24 hours. Remains to be seen if I get the refund.
