I don't see how they stay in business. Everything is a lie. They advertise linen or cotton, and the clothes are polyester. I order a tank in M and L because I wanted one oversized and they are identical in size. I emailed and service is obviously trained to obfuscate and delay any adjustments. Don't order anything. They are crooks and should be shut down.

Vinlady sent the wrong merchandise and conveniently have no return address listed. Does anyone have it?

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a dress. They said it would be shipped within a week and then would arrive within two weeks after that. Ordered in May it is now July and nothing. When I reach out through the only way they have to contact them it says the email is not a real email. Beware, this company is a scam. Shame on me for not doing my research.

Sehr enttäuschend, und Kontakt gibt es, E. Mail nicht vorhanden. Feinster Schrott. Bloß nichts bestellen! Wieder um eine Erfahrung reicher.

C'est une vraie arnaque !
Rien ne correspond à ma commande, ni la couleur, ni les motifs des robes, tissu horrible... et prix conséquents.
On vous séduit avec de jolies photos et vous recevez des vêtements de très bas de gamme qui n'ont rien avoir.
Impossible de joindre un responsable.
Je me suis fait avoir !!!

Nul!! J'ai commandé deux blouses qui semblaient très belles et de bonne qualité (lin/coton). J'ai reçu deux tuniques horribles en tissus synthétique de très mauvaise qualité. Ni la couleur, ni la forme ne correspondaient. J'ai eu un doute au début mais en vérifiant ma commande, la seule chose qui correspond sont les motifs. Qui ne sont pas brodés mais imprimés.
J'ai payé 76€ pour ça !!! À fuir à toutes jambes !!

La commande que je viens de recevoir ne correspond absolument pas à ce que j'ai commandé (forme, tissu). Les articles sont vraiment horribles et de piètre qualité. Personne ne porterait ça.
80€ mis à la poubelle car on ne peut même plus les contacter, le mail renvoie une erreur. Bref, FUYEZ!!

ABZOCKE! Ware entsprach nicht der Bestellung (Foto und Materialbeschreibung). Spitze, etc auf "Regenschirmstoff" lediglich aufgedruckt- absoluter Ramsch - bei Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten Androhung Zoll! - Erstattung erst nach Eingang in China - also nie.

I ordered 6 things. Not one of them looked like the picture. How do you mess up a tee shirt? They were all satiny. Yuck. And the dresses? Don't get me started. Listed as cotton linen, the only thing cotton on those dresses was the tag.

I ordered three items and only one was what I ordered. The other two were NOTHING even close. Then they offered me $20 and to keep the two items. I would never wear what they sent. Terrible!!!!

They are fraudulent the clothes that are pictured are not what they send,the materials they use are not what is advertised I was so upset when I received them, the sizes are not the measurements they advertise ……. They give you no address to return them please do not order from them !!!!!!!! ….. I’ve got to except I’ve been scammed but want to try and stop anyone else having the same done to them

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could.
Ordered 4 items and only 1 was right . The other 3 didn’t even come near to what I ordered.
PLEASE DONT order anything from them.
Quality is poor and doesn’t look anything like the photos on their website.
