Bought the wranglers jeans A-grade they came perfect basically brand new no flaws and I totally recommend, fast delivery.

Be prepared to waste £70+. I bought a Premium A grade bundle as a starter for reselling. What I received was a box of tat.

* A Columbia fleece with permanent paint stains on the sleeve and huge rips in both pockets
* Two unbranded jumpers you’d find in charity shops
* A few pair of super creased jeans and trousers (some unbranded) in sizes that I can’t imagine finding buyers for
* Very creased tops that appear to have shrunk as labelled L but absolutely tiny with zero stretch indicating washed incorrectly by previous owners

There is no way I can sell any of it for more than the av. £7 per item that I paid.
To top it off they ignored my WhatsApp messages asking politely how to arrange a refund so I’m stuck with the gear.
Lesson learnt. Don’t fall into the same trap.

My experience with Vintage Warehouse has been a complete waste of time and money.

The clothing bundle I received under order 1906 was hugely disappointing. The clothes looked to me like they had come straight from a charity shop, and the bundle even contained Primark items.

After raising my concerns, I returned the box to the address they provided, spending £22 on tracked postage.

They told me I would receive a £43.94 refund once they checked the returned items against their dispatch photos. Now my follow-up messages are being ignored, and I have had to contact my card issuer to pursue getting my money back.

Having to involve your card issuer after following a company’s own return instructions is a shocking level of customer service. I have spent extra money returning the goods and wasted more time chasing a refund that remains unresolved.

The disappointing clothes were bad enough. Being ignored while trying to resolve the return has made the whole experience even worse. I would never order from Vintage Warehouse again and would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

Ordered the beginner box and it was great! 5 peices of authentic clothing, obviously slight imprefections but its expected for second-hand clothing but overall great stuff! The TikToker was very helpful aswell!

Ordered twice from these now, been super easy clothes where in great condition and very quick delivery. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order with Vintage Warehouse UK for what was explicitly described as Grade A condition with minimal signs of wear. Unfortunately, the stock that arrived today is absolutely shocking and completely unsellable.The fleece items are incredibly thin and riddled with severe defects that fall completely outside standard grading tolerances. The lot includes items with broken zippers, missing buttons, staining, damaged or missing pull cords, and heavy aesthetic wear. This is nowhere near Grade A quality.

The seller claimed this order was refunded 7 days ago. The order was refunded on 30/09/26 by the seller after I threatened a claim back through my bank. In exchange for my refund the seller wanted me to remove this review as per WhatsApp and email conversations.

The company is ran by Ethan who is on tik tok as Ethan| Reselling & supply. On tik tok he claims that the company is his supplier. I would assume to hide his identity from the people he tries to scam.

Save yourself the headache don’t bother!!!
