DO NOT BUY FROM VIOLET AURORA!! Absolutely awful customer service. 1) the garments are not as described. 2) the return process is a NIGHTMARE! They only communicate via email or DMs. It takes them DAYS to respond. I made a purchase back in January and I STILL have not received my refund in late April. They are giving me the run around and claiming that I have been refunded and I have not. I have filed a dispute with my CC company and Violet Aurora continues to give push back. The items were returned in an unused condition and in a timely manner. I paid for return shipping out of pocket. I now have no dresses and have lost $300.00!! Unacceptable!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this purchase honestly made me feel completely scammed. I ordered a maxi dress from this website, paid 560 PLN, and what I received is nowhere near what was advertised.

The only positive thing about this order was the relatively fast delivery.
Unfortunately, that is the end of the positives.

The dress looked absolutely stunning on the model in the photos. The pictures appeared professional and reliable, and the dress looked elegant, well-designed, and almost silver, with a beautifully decorated neckline.
Based on the photos and the price, I expected good, premium-quality workmanship.

What arrived looks cheap, poorly designed, and completely different.
The neckline does have crystals, but there is a very noticeable, perfectly centered gap right in the middle of the neck area, where there are no crystals at all — just plain fabric. This gap is symmetrical, clearly intentional, and not a production defect. It makes the dress look empty, unfinished, and extremely cheap. This detail was not visible in the product photos at all.

Additionally, the color is totally misleading. The dress was advertised as looking almost fully silver with a nude lining underneath. In reality, it looks mostly beige, with some glued-on crystals. The overall effect is nothing like what was shown online.
While the fabric itself is not the worst, the dress is horribly cut. The size does not match the size chart at all, even though I measured myself carefully before ordering. The dress slides down at the bust, is not fitted at the waist, and sits very poorly on the body. It is extremely uncomfortable to wear and looks unflattering.

Overall, this dress looks like something worth maybe 70 PLN at most, not
560 PLN. It genuinely feels like a cheap dress with randomly glued rhinestones rather than a thoughtfully designed piece. The quality, fit, and overall appearance are far below what was promised.

I contacted customer service regarding a return and am still waiting for a response. On top of everything, the return shipping cost is apparently on the customer, which feels unfair considering how misleading the product presentation is.

I feel truly disappointed and misled.
The difference between the photos and the actual product is shocking. I would never purchase from this website again and would absolutely not recommend it. What you see in the pictures is simply not what you get.
