Absolutely shocking product and service.
Paid £35 for a dress that was a £5 SHEIN dress at its best. Far too big and no shape.
Contacted customer services to be informed no refunds on reduced items (original price was £100! )
Do NOT purchase from this company.
It is a complete farce and sad to say I have been conned!

Poor sizing on clothing and the quality of the dress was very poor on receipt.
I contacted customer service to arrange a return.
I was informed that sale goods cannot be returned despite advertising a 30 day money back guarantee all over their web page.
I will not be using this service anymore.

Whole experience was absolutely appalling and I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering anything. Ordered a pair of shoes on the 31st of July which eventually arrived on the 22nd of August. The packaging and quality were poor and in addition they were too small so I looked to return them. Couldn’t find any details of how to return so emailed the company. I also advise that they had taken so long to arrive that the occasion for which I had ordered them had passed.. Their reply was basically that they don’t accept returns and apparently it says that in their terms and conditions! Well all I can say is that I don’t recall that being made clear prior to ordering and it’s the first company I’ve ever come across who don’t offer any kind of returns or provide any kind of refund. A huge lack of transparency in my opinion.My advice is never ever order anything from this company.
