I’ve been buying Vionic shoes for years because I figured they’d help my back. Turns out PT helped my back. Still, loyal to the brand, I continued to purchase their overpriced shoes for years. Recently I received a pair of suede boots that had a weird substance on them plus a scuff on the toe as if it had been scraped against something. I tried to contact customer care for over a month and no one got back to me despite several attempts. Finally someone did and their response was basically that I’m a liar because they stand by their product (despite me providing photos of the issues straight out of the box) and that if I want a refund, I have to fill out this whole form and pay out of pocket to ship the boots back and even then they don’t guarantee a refund. I never expected such abysmal customer service from a company that charges this much for shoes. Incredibly disappointing and this will be the end of my relationship with Vionic shoes.

I was so impressed with Vionic , I ordered my sandles before 5pm & they were on my doorstep by 1pm the next day . My sandals are lovely & stylish . I am wearing them in gradually as advised & truly hope they can help with my plantar facilitis .

Shoes broke within six weeks of use. Vionic not in the least bit interested in helping to replace or repair.

Got a pair of vionoc liv ankle boots . Only wore for about 2 weeks and the heels wore out
Was not expecting that from shoes that are so expensive.
Spoke to customer services who.where not v helpful.

Quality of the shoes has plummeted, they fall apart very quickly and are no longer worth the money. Cheap materials, poor manufacturing standards, and an expensive product. Save your money.

I was scammed when ordering from Vionic shoes. Payment was taken but confirmation emails were not genuine.
You cannot trust that there webpages are genuine.
I would not order again.

Let me redirect you regarding this company and product quality, I have worn Vionics for years or did wear. Then I started to notice they were fitting improperly up around the toe and back around the heels. After about 3 pairs being returned I went and did a Google search and the truth is actually on QVCs website but I can’t repost from another site but it does say the company was sold late 2018 and since then the quality and fit has dropped off as manufacturing the shoes pieces has moved to China. Look at all the buyers on QVC with many complaints. There is no longer consistent sizing and quality control, it’s so sad they were once a great shoe

NOOIT kopen bij deze OPLICHTERS ! Het is scam eerste klas. Zodra je betaald heb krijg je bericht dat je betaald heb naar een chinese bank in US dollars. Weken daarna krijg je rotzooi uit china opgestuurd met het bericht dat je bestelde schoenen niet leverbaar zijn. Je geld krijg je niet terug, Het zijn grote fraudeurs!

My white mesh sneakers will not come clean. I only wore them shopping and walking. After 1 month I cleaned them using the recommended directions and they will not come back to white. I now have two-tone sneakers. And when I tried to return them I spoke with someone who was sending me a defective form but I got nothing.

I purchased the Vionic thongs SKU Aloe in size 5. When I received them, they were huge and apparently made for a wide foot. I wear a size 5 but I have narrow feet. I called the customer service and to my dismay, the shoes were last sale, meaning, I can’t return them nor receive a refund. I’m a woman on a fix income and the price of $68.19 is very expensive and now is a loss. Well Vionic you have failed the customer as there are no measurements given on the sandals. Unfortunately a lot of my shoes I purchased are via the internet, due to the small shoe size.

My advice: don’t buy unless you have a detailed description of the item. This should include measurements. A person can measure the shoe and their feet to determine if they would fit!!!

Do not buy anything at Vionicshoesnetherlands.com, we received wrong item and paid too much.

Their products are good but the company is badly let down by their customer service.
They don’t respond to emails, don’t return calls

Love their shoes but do not buy from the company direct. Buy from Amazon or Peltz or any other shoe company that does exchanges. I have at least 30 pair of Vionic. Ordered a pair of their beach shoes from vionic.com instead
Of Amazon or Peltz which is my typical. The beach shoes have the same support as dollar store flip flops and don’t stay on as they are very very wide. Tried to exchange them and the company refused since they were on sale. Will never buy from them again. Would give them a 0 rating if I could.

I love the product, however, I submitted an order and realized after I sent it, that one pair was the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service, as the order was still pending and they refused to change the size of that pair. For a company that sells a higher priced item, I find that totally unacceptable. I wasn't trying to cancel the order, I just wanted the size changed.

Vioniczapatos - This is a Spanish web of Vionic shoes. Beware, the payment is charged in USD and the receiver is the company in Hong Kong. I was informed by my bank that this company is blacklisted as scam so I had to block my card.

Too bad I can’t give a -10. I wish I read these customer service ratings BEFORE I bought them. After going through foot surgery my Dr said to buy Vionic. Ordered 4 pair. All said 9 1/2 on the box. 2 fit 2 I couldn’t even get my foot into! Friend said sizing is hit or miss, REALLY?! Who makes shoes that aren’t the size it says in the shoe? OH! VIONIC DOES! Sales person said “if people ask” we will tell them the shoe is sized differently! I said who asks if the shoe is different than what it says on the shoe? I can’t return them because they were on sale. I will tell my Dr not to tell people to buy Vionic shoes! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered with vionic netherlands in euros and was charged in USD. After weeks i received a €5 Nike cape from China. They said they shipped the wrong item and shoes where no longer available. I could have 35% of my money back. Total scam.

I bought a pair to take on vacation and after a couple of days the seam is ripping. I can not exchange them since I’m out of the country and I won’t be able to meet the 30 day return policy. I’m not happy about this and I won’t be buying any more. Not happy!

Ik kocht 1 paar schoenen en ontving baseballcap. Ik heb wel communicatie met ze gehad en kon tot 50% terug krijgen van bedrag.
Ik probeer het nu via creditcard maatschappij. Hopelijk kan ik daar mijn geld terug krijgen.

Have many shoes from them and find service excellent and delivery quick.Very pleased with return today because I had kept my sandals for holiday last week but straps caused blisters.I obviously had worn them but had them longer than 30 Days.No problem for the return without cost❤️
