Bought vionic trainers and sandals on vionic Ireland, paid over 100 euro last March, no sign of order and no money back,it's a scam, please can someone take this website down,I don't have much money and suffer bad with planter facitis, I really needed them for work,I am so annoyed 😢
BUYER BEWARE
This is not about Vionics shoes either but is about vionicfrance.com. This is also a scam and I have passed the information onto my French bank to take further. I have still not received a reply to my contact with Vionics Uk about whether this is genuine.
I am not stupid and like to think I’m quite savvy and still fell for this. Surely Vionics themselves also need to take action to prevent this happening!

This isn't a review about vionics shoes as such. It's about making people aware that there is no vionicsireland.com or vionicsshoesireland.com it's a scam as I am too painfully now aware! So please do your reviews these websites above look absolutely legitimate and I am usually very wary but unfortunately got caught out this time, it took me 3 days to get through to UK vionics (which is a joke in itself) as on the website it shows numbers for UK and Ireland that's when they told me I'd been scammed as there's no Irish vionics website and that they are trying to take these fraudulent websites down. It's ridiculous that vionics know about them but yet these low life scum are still here everyday scamming people. It's not good enough just saying we are 'trying' to take them down.

I received no support from customer service
I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. One pair the bottom of both shoes came unglued. I wasted a lot of time trying to work the customer service but did not get any help in the end. This is the first review I have ever written for any product. I just want others to know about the poor quality of these shoes
No Customer Service
I purchased 3 pairs of shoes as I always do on their website. 1 pair I did not want so I returned it no problem and the other 2 I exchanged for a bigger size. All was seamless until I needed to return the 2 larger sized shoes. You can't submit another return on their site so you're left with calling customer service. They are completely unreachable. After multiple attempts I had to dispute it with my credit card. I'm appalled they conduct business like this. I'm sad to say that while I loved their shoes, I am done with them as a customer. I just can't deal with this.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You cannot submit a return online, it freezes up, they won’t reply to emails and you can NEVER get through on the phone. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, which another customer said they did.
Terrible customer service
I ordered some sandals at the beginning of April for a holiday at the end of the month. Received a confirmation email & was told a courier would be in touch with delivery details... heard nothing. Chased Vionic twice by email. Tried ringing but they had an issue with some payments & all I could do was leave a message. No response. Eventually received an email while I was away on holiday, apologising that the sandals were out of stock & giving me a 20% discount & free delivery on my next order. My money was refunded. OK, they messed up but they were trying to put it right. Placed an order for some more sandals & a lace-up canvas shoe (using the discount code) Received a confirmation email saying a courier would be in touch, then nothing... I have emailed to ask what is happening. No response. At least my payment hasn't been taken this time but it is shown as 'pending' in my PayPal account. I am assuming they are out of stock again. If this is the case, why are they still shown as in stock & available to order on their website? I have lost confidence in Vionic, which is a shame as I need arch support footwear following major surgery on my foot. An insole is fine with shoes but I need the arch support to be built in to a sandal. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem. Vionic, you have let people down - sort yourselves out.
customer service unavailable by phone or email
This is the only brand I will wear on my feet as they offer perfect support for my flat feet and history of plantar fasciitis. However I am very frustrated by their customer service. They say they can't reply to my email because of the pandemic (05/2022, it's over) and they do not answer their phone. Just a few days shy of the return window of 30 days and I can't reach anyone to see about a possible return even for store credit.

Ordered through the French site and the shoes never arrived. I was fobbed off and they had zero customer service. 2 months later and €100 euros down I still have no order. I feel so let down. Especially as i actually needed these shoes to walk.
Have purchased several pairs of Vionics…
Have purchased several pairs of Vionics and have been pretty happy with the quality of their shoes. Recently ordered a pair directly from their website that didn’t fit and have been getting the complete runaround trying to return them. The company makes it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to return their products and hope that you will just give up and eat the cost. I am a huge online consumer and have never experienced such awful and deceptive customer service.
Worse yet, I commented on one of their Facebook posts in an attempt to get their attention and was trolled by their “social media manager” in a barrage of messenger exchanges. I replied to all of their deflecting responses with “tried that” until all of their customer service “options” had been exhausted, then was told how rude I am for expressing my frustration in trying to simply return a pair of shoes.
I love Vionic shoes but due to their horrible and patronizing customer service will never again buy another product from this company. Also, check their BBB ratings and complaints and you will find that many others have had the same experience.
What has happened with Vionic shoes?
The last 3 to 4 pair of Vionic shoes I have purchased do not offer the same arch support as they used to. I do not know what has happened I. The past few years, but they are not the same!
Disappointed
I placed an order with Vionics on 10th March 2022 and they claim a delivery in 24 hours. I have neither received the order or tracking information nor refund. I have sent emails to vionics, but no response and no one picks up their customer care number. This is very harrowing experience.
Return went smoothly
I love the Vionic products but wrote a bad review earlier re return problems. I am now updating the review. They fixed the return process within a few days and promptly refunded my money for a return.
I will definitely buy more Vionics when I can. I have a fairly narrow foot and not all their shoes work for me, but I love the support in the ones that do fit.
Poor quality in third pair of Vionic sandals
I bought third pair of Vionic sandals. The first two pairs, in previous years, were great. The recent pair is cheap and poorly made. The quality has deteriorated over the past 3 years. The plastic is cheap. They fit loosely. I bought the same size in all 3 pairs. The first two pair fit perfectly. Recent pair slides off my feet although it's the same size. It's simply poorly made and not of the same caliber. The arch support is non-existent and used to be the reason I bought vionics. The price has gone up by $40 while the quality deteriorated. I no longer recommend these shoes.
Slip on Trainers
I ordered some slip on trainers. Excellent quality but wrong size. Re-ordered. Service first class, they came next day. I dealt with Gemma who was a star. This is the first time I have used Vionic and hopefully will use them again.

The service, sadly, SUCKS! I have been trying to make a Return for a month! Vionic does NOT answer the phone; their "Call Back" function does not work; emailed them SEVEN times with No Reply.

The shoes are great WHEN they arrive
The shoes are great WHEN they arrive. Customer service is always “in training” so I am unable to reach them. FedEx needs a tracking number which Vionic does not provide. They provide a button to push for tracking. I have been notified that shoes “are on their way” for several days now.

They are charging 5$ « restocking fees » per pair of shoes even for an exchange not even a refund ! I had purchased more than 600$ Worth of shoes and they charged me 20$ for an exchange !! Very bad business practice wont buy again .
