Una borsa per stupire

Ho conosciuto questo brand tramite una cara amica, sono rimasta molto colpita dalla cura dei dettagli , dalla scelta dei pellami, il disegno di tendenza....ho quindi acquistato la mia prima Vipera Bag, optando per il duo colore choco taupe e sono molto soddisfatta, la borsa non passa inosservata ed Ú anche pratica e capiente!! Consiglio vivamente!

La mia Borsa Monet nei toni del blu


Ho acquistato una borsa Monet sui toni del blu, vista online, quindi azzardando anche un po, ma devo dire che Ú bellissima!!! La manifattura, il modello, e il colore sono veramente molto belli!!! Tanto che sarebbero da collezionare diversi colori!!! (Già scegliere Ú stato difficile!!!)Soddisfatissima!!!

Quality of the bag is fine

Quality of the bag is fine. But client service is too slow. No respond for the phone calls and respond to the mail after 2 days. Also client service promised me to send my order asap as I explained that I need it until special date and this promise was not fulfilled what made me very upset. This bag I left with me but I don’t think I will order anything again. Nowadays there are so many brands with so much better service.

Non solo una bella borsa, ma anche un’azienda affidabile e assistenza clienti impeccabile.

Ottima esperienza. Ho acquistato questa borsa e sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta. Il prodotto Ú di ottima qualità, ben realizzato.
Vorrei soprattutto sottolineare la grande serietà dell’azienda: quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza per una riparazione, il servizio clienti si Ú dimostrato estremamente disponibile, professionale e rapido nel fornire supporto.
È raro trovare un’attenzione così alta verso il cliente anche dopo l’acquisto. Per questo motivo consiglio vivamente sia la borsa che l’azienda. Sicuramente acquisterò di nuovo da loro!

Ho acquistato un portafoglio e ho apprezzato non solo la qualità del prodotto che gia' conoscevo per aver comprato una borsa ma anche la rapiidita' di consegna e il confezionamento del prodotto
