This team are amazing!! I placed a collection order for my daughters birthday, but something came up and I wouldn't be able to collect. I called the shop and explained, and spoke to the kindest person you could wish for. He immediately put the order on a next day delivery for me, free of charge, and also included some free gifts within the box! I cannot thank him enough! The service was outstanding, the guy even called me in the evening to make sure I had received the parcel - absolute 5*.

I ordered a pair of size 11 junior red boxing boots from Viper Sports UK, but there was clearly an issue with the order. Mistakes can happen — I understand that — but what followed was extremely disappointing.

Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. The customer service is shockingly poor, with no apology offered and no sense of urgency or care. I’ve been left chasing them with no resolution in sight.

Avoid this company. Save yourself the hassle shop eles where!

All the coating burned off on 1st cook and it almost set fire to table underneath

Bought a punch bag for my son which he loves. Would recommend.

I bought my item from Viper Sports, via a third party source (Shop) & had a pretty bad experience!
Yet after a couple of weeks, I managed to get in touch with Viper Sports & had a conversation with them over the phone & everything got sorted pretty quickly! I now will be ordering from them directly in the future!
I've received my item, i'm happy now & my opinion has changed!

I would have given more stars! If it wasn't for the bad experience at the start. But thanks to viper sports for correcting everything when needed!

Great quality and value for money

Online ordering and delivery all great. Product quality mixed. Boxing bag seems good, D ring that attaches it to the wall bracket bent and very weak, screws to attach bracket to wall useless and did not hold for even 2 minutes. Had to buy a quality carabiner and strong wall bolts.
04/04/25 update. Viper kindly offered to cover the costs of the carabiner/bolts. Thank you Viper

I regret buying from these guys on so many levels. I'd promised my nephew that aid buy him a speed bag, if he went to boxing consecutively for five weeks. When the time came, I decided that I stead of using Amazon, I'd support the actual business itself, and so order from their website.
The speedbag arrived and I was seriously not happy with the quality. I emailed Vipers customer service explaining that I'd like to return it, no response. I sent several other messages but got no reply. I called their CS number and noone answered. After days of calling, a man eventually answred. I explained that I wanted to return the item and he told me that this would be fine. And that he would email me a returns form (or something like that).

I never received any email. And noone has answered the phone since. I never write things like this, but it's a scam company as far as I'm concerned. The irony is that if I'd bought it from Amazon I'd have had a refund by now.

Do NOT buy from these guys.
