I called all passengers because I had their whats app and they told me that all the money was paid.
When I got to Amsterdam for a weding a searched all the airport for their office. It doesn't exist!
This is a big SCAM!!

Scamed out of my money
We booked 4 tickets from Vipper on Opodo for train tickets from Paris to Brussels. We received the confirmation email from Opodo but not any QR codes or any tickets, I talked with Opodo multiple times and they confirmed that in their system its booked, however when we reached the train station we discovered that we were never booked in the first place, our names we not found and we had to book new tickets. After all the delay and the extremely bad experience, I contacting Opodo and Vipper requesting my refund, both of them are saying they are waiting for the other party's reply. its been now almost one year without any progress.
I wish there was a way I can file a complaint against them or sue them.

Be wary of non existent connections by this company
Booked my ‘flight’ through Qatar airways and was to fly Perth - Doha, Doha- Berlin Brandenburg, final connection was a ‘flight’ by Vipper.com from Berlin Brandenburg to Poznan Poland. This was an ideal connection and having booked with Qatar before I had no initial concerns. Never received any confirmation or communication from Vipper at all. I checked in online via my Qatar app and was ‘checked in’ apparently all the way to destination. On arrival in Berlin - no such flight existed. QR staff tried to help but informed me this was a common problem and Vipper did not have a connection for me. I had to use my roaming to make calls and find a train connection to my destination. Initial complaint was with Qatar airways, they took months to tell me sorry but I need to contact the ‘partner airline’ responsible for the connection. Very dodgy, will be looking to access EU compensation rules as I am an EU citizen.

Des voleurs, et on vous fait croire que vous avez réserver un vol alor que c'est une voiture qui vient vous chercher si vous avez de la chance, vu que 6/10 vous avez aucun transporteur. C'est une combinaison des vol ou trajets les moins chères du coup pour vous passez votre (vos) journée (s) à changer de véhicule et d'avion sans compter l'écart et le temps d'attente entre les correspondances qui peut se compter en jours et pas en heures!!!! A éviter, les professionnels m'ont expliquer que c'était un système pour remplir les trajets envers les vrais clients, pour ne pas rouler à vide, du coup ces professionnels considèrent les clients qui réserve et venant de ses plates formes, via Vipper et leurs Partenaires (Opodo, eDreams, ...) comme des sous mer.., alors qu'on paye le prix fort. Du coup un conseil prenez un vrai pro, et des vrais agences et éviter ceux là.

Warning! This is a scam company!
I bought a ticket for a car ride between 2 airports directly from vipper.com. I was pleasantly surprised to find this journey as the airport of departure is a small airport in Germany with not many options. The first warning sign that I had bought a fake ticket was the fact that I didn't get an email with my ticket. I tried to contact Vipper's customer service, but it was weekend so they were not open. Finally Monday morning I receive an email from Vipper saying that my ticket was cancelled and that they would be removing the option from booking that particular journey from their website (which they obviously have not done) as it was a mistake from their side to be selling those tickets as they don't exist. They also said I should ask for a refund from the place that I booked the ticket from. Now I bought the ticket DIRECTLY from vipper.com and I have sent them many emails asking for a refund, but they conveniently do not reply. It has been weeks now and I am pretty sure I will never see my 168 EUR again. I have called them, but obviously they are permanently unavailable and their chat service also doesn't work. I advise everyone to not use this company. It's possible that they also sell some tickets that actually exist, but I promise you, if you end up buying one of their non-existent tickets then you will never see your money again. I guess this is how vipper.com makes it money.
UPDATE: For anyone thinking that the reply from Vipper is a good sign, let me advise you to not fall for it. I of course have written to their email numerous times, I have called them (funnily enough their phone is disconected) and I have chatted with them. They always say "Our finance department has you as top priority" and absolutely nothing happens. I finally got my money back by filing a claim with my credit card company. Vipper is most definitely a scam company.

I made 2 review and the last one was this one. (I lost words on how to describe my experienced. I booked a flight online, Stuttgart-Munich-Doha-Jakarta. Stuttgart-Munich was supposed to be with them, it was not a flight apparently, disappointed, but ok. Day of the flight, I went to the airport, and found out the ride with Vipper was canceled without notification (They claimed to have called and sent an email, but the so called notification was never there, none). The CS I talked to suggested taking any means of the ride to catch my next flight in Munich and said VIPPER WILL REFUND IT. I did. long story short, it's been 6months, they HAVE NOT REFUND my additional cost, they NEVER reply to my email, and NEVER pick up the CS line again.) Thanks to this review, they reply to my email. However, now they are back to it again, no reply, no update. Seems like the only way for anyone who complain is to write a review, and then and only then they will reply your email.

Du vol à l’état pure, cette fausse compagnie est injoignable, ne dispose pas d’un endroit fixe pour le lieu du rdv. N’est même pas connu par le personnel de l’aéroport. Personne ne connais votre existence et le service de l’aéroport nous déconseille de prendre ce « service ». Je suis déçu, mais ça ne s’arrêtera pas là vous payerez de ce manque de professionnalisme, je vais porté plainte et je tiens à être remboursé car pour le coup je suis resté là à tourner en rond dans tout l’aéroport avec trois valises et je n’ai pas réussi à les joindre ni même à les trouver. Ensuite j’ai vue les avis de tout le monde et je me suis rendu compte que j’étais à l’instant entrain de vivre la même chose. J’ai trop la haine, je vais vous retrouver. Vous payerez.

It's a scam company, to pay me I had to threaten them if they don't pay me I'll contact their big boss, he's a well-known Belgian politician. Since December I have been waiting for the payment of my last invoice, a small Bellarusse mafia, they rip off passengers as well as drivers. Be careful ⚠️⚠️⚠️ a scam company, you buy a plane ticket but they send you a car, we agreed on prices but in the end they paid me the price who decided, they are scammers, give up, or you have to file a collective complaint to close this scam company.

I booked a flight online through Qatar Airways, STR-MUC-Doha-ACC. Stuttgart-Munich was supposed to be with Vipper, I went to the airport and no one knows about vipper from help desk to check in staff! I called several times and no answer. Found out from Qatar CS that the ride with Vipper was canceled without notification. I had to find my way to MUC. Avoid Vipper. Big SCAM!!!
I blame Qatar for booking me on such a bad service.

This company is a bunch of scammers. We provided a ground transportation service to them in a good faith and by the time they gave us the business, they already knew, that they never going to pay us for the service. We called all the numbers - always the same person answered giving us various excuses. Now they completely stopped answering phone calls and responding to emails. Supplier website is down. I guess they just dissappeared. Be aware of them and don't book or provide any business.
