I've been using Vipre for years, now. I love it, because I don't have to worry about computer safety, because Vipre does all the work FOR me!! As I'm not very computer-savvy, it's good to know that Vipre has my back and that they will even install my yearly purchase for me.

This Security was suggessted by my employer. I have used Vipre Security for years and have beel totally satisfied with the service provided. I will continue to use Vipre.

It's in the background, doing what it's supposed to and keeping our systems protected, so it's a v good service.

I have used Vipre for many years on all of my computers. It’s easy to set up and runs security checks in the background and alerts me to any problems. I like the discount pricing for multiple units.

I couldn't find a way of changing/checking my payment method.

Great Product with continuous threat evaluations and updates to catch and quarantine new viruses and malware as these materialize. Simple and easy to use and set up both auto and manual scans. Thank you to the all of the Vipre employees and programmers for helping to protect my family’s computer and electronic information.

Plus: Vipre does have people in the USA who you can call on the phone for help and they will help you, included in the price of service,
Minus: It took over a week to get someone on the phone and another 5 days to fix the issue.

I have had Vipre Security now going on 8 years, it is very good, they have kept my computer at my home free from harm, I will continue to use their product.

Your service is really good, but the annoying pop-ups from Vipre drive me crazy! I am already on automatic renewal , so the pop-ups are unnecessary. Please stop them! Your reply was not helpful at all -- it is not pop-ups in general, it is Vipre pop-ups reminding about renewal that are so annoying!!!

I have been absolutely satisfied with Viper for many years and do recommend your services to everyone. Thank you for keeping me and my products safe.

This past year I received pop ups from Viper to upgrade my services for free. What is this and why does it continually pop up. I do not like this happening and will not purchase further protection.

I've cancelled your service three times. I have a different service that came with the my new computer. But you keep billing me on a credit card number that you now use illegally. STOP STOP STOP.

I've reported you to my credit card company and will not pay your fee. So listen up, follow instructions, and quit auto-billing people. Its fraud and against the law.

Next call is to state AG consumer fraud office.

Support when there is a problem was extremely poor and just a way for Vipre to make more money. Simple questions received ridiculous answers. Like changing the rules to loosen up the firewall so there wouldn't be notification when the SW detected a possible attack. I was a customer for years. There are much better options out there.

Viper works wonderfully with a schedule that is very easy to set or change as needed for the user's convenience.

Had to delete and re-purchase as I wanted to upgrade on renewal. All went fine after this was done

I have had no trouble with security while using Vipre.
