Your customer support leaves much to be


Your customer support leaves much to be desired. My subscription was running out and I wanted to update my payment info and could find no way to do so. I even tried contacting customer service and nobody ever responded to my messages. I had to wait for my service to end and then purchase it anew just to get my new payment information applied to my account

Years without incident.

Years without incident.
I've used Vipre for many years now and never had an intrusion. Vipre catches any and all incoming attacks and prevents malicious attacks from hijacked websites. I keep renewing and protect all my machines.

I don't know what is going on with Vipre. I thought they had a high rating as far as removing virus's.

Vipre was highly recommended to me. Now, I'm too sure if I chose the correct virus protection or not.
