The customer service was spot on. The only reason you get a 4, is because my service crashed and CS had to give a new code, which is a pain. Customer service was quick to respond and fix the issue
Channel choices are very good, have not experienced too much lagging, having a webpage with my subscription info is a big plus.

Works decent. EPG has lots of missing channel info.
Seems to be working decently. The only negative I have is that the EPG is missing much of the channel information. Hard to know what is coming up on many of the channels without some sort of guide. I find myself turning to the internet to attempt to figure out what may be playing or coming up next or anything.

The movies and series work great
The movies and series work great, but the live tv the voices dont match the picture on certain channels. Also the live tv skips backwards every couple of minutes. I'm internet is fiber with 1 gb up and 1 gb down. So it's not on my end.

So far so good
So far so good. I haven’t experienced peak time football live channels yet. But after I found out how to put my channels in favourite, life has become a lot easier. I have not experienced any buffering yet, which is wonderful news and hopefully it stays like that, but I experienced some buffering on a series I wanted to watch (citadel), until I found another version. So, so far so good.

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. Signed up for a free 1 day trial and never heard from them again. Spoke to a friend of mine who initially signed up for one month and he told me that the site was basically made up of mainly unusable streams that either were dead links or continually buffered. Be aware and keep away from this company as it is a scam.

VIPSATV is the best iptv service that I've tried stable streams no buffering not even on uk live sports football,premiership,efl,all games shown live in 4k/hd,had a small update issue that was quickly sorted out bythere customer service team,they also changed my channels list to show english speaking channels only,add to that you get live tv,series, movies everything thats on Netflix,paramount,Disney,etc etc,unbelievable value for money it's 5 stars from me

Great streaming service. More solid and reliable than most. Great choice of channels and the sport options are superb! Been using for 6 months now and not had any real problems and anything I have raised a support ticket for has been dealt with efficiently. Customer service is good, and polite too!
Have recommended to a few of my friends too, and they're as happy with the service as I am.
