We had been ROAS negative for +7 months. Then we started working together, and after the first 2 months, where they created a ton of creatives, we 5x our daily ad spend. Recommended.

I engaged ViralClip for UGC ad creatives for my SaaS business on a month to month basis, which I made explicitly clear multiple times before and after signing up. Within the first week of paying the initial invoice, they charged my card for 3 months of creator payments without my permission or any prior notice. I had to dispute this and argue to get that money back, which I eventually did, but this should never have happened in the first place as I never authorised that charge.

Three weeks into the engagement, no creatives had been produced. The scripts they delivered still required significant work on my end to get to a usable standard, which defeats the purpose of hiring an agency.

Despite being only 3 weeks in with zero deliverables, they then attempted to charge my card a second time for another $6,000 for the second month of billing. Again, without my permission and without any prior approval from me. I had explicitly told them after the first unauthorised charge not to charge my card without my approval.

When I raised this they claimed I had agreed to a 3 month commitment, which I had not. At no point did I agree to 3 months. I agreed to month to month and they accepted these terms on their end.

Throughout this entire experience they have been dismissive, argumentative and have shown no accountability for their actions. Rather than acknowledging the unauthorised charges and lack of deliverables, they have continued to argue that they have done nothing wrong.

I have since been forced to initiate a formal bank chargeback to recover funds for services that were never delivered. I would not recommend anyone work with this agency.

After worker with them for a month and half, the delivery has been great. They even worked over the weekends to fix some tracking issues we had in our funnel, and they really opened our eyes on how to properly set up Meta campaigns, we were doing it quite wrong. I definitely recommend them.

We started working with viralclip, and honestly, the fact that all we have to do is approve the scripts and suddenly you have creatives ready and campaigns launching feels like magic. It gives you a level of peace of mind for our small team that's hard to explain...

Highly recommended if you're looking for a completely hands-off solution for creatives and Meta ads.

ViralClip has a fast "DFY - Done for you" approach, good creators in spanish, helped with landing page, good advice on how to pixel demo calls better and with little media budget significant leads.

Could not recommend them more to manage FB. They require little guidance and are clearly passionate about helping their customers.

I’ve been working with Viralclip to scale my two SaaS projects through Meta ads, and the experience has been great.

Before working with them, I wasn’t confident about scaling on my own. My first interactions with Oscar and the team gave me a lot of confidence because their experience with SaaS and Meta ads made me feel they were the right people for the job.

They quickly helped me run due diligence on the code and found someone to fix bugs and tracking issues in my Meta pixel setup. They have been very proactive with ideas and fast to execute.

We have iterated quickly together, improving not only the ads but also product decisions such as improving the paywall by looking closely at data. They are also very responsive and easy to work with.

I’m already seeing great results with one of my projects and I’m confident the other one will follow soon.

As a SaaS founder, I've worked with dozens of agencies, across all sorts of domains for my two products, but none as effective as Viral Clip.

We have two saas products and started working with VC on speel.co to test before we rolled them out on both. Here'd my feedback:

- The team are extremely fast, Oscar and Sergio respond immediately but more importantly get work done fast!
- We had creatives launched within 10 days
- We became ROAS positive just a few days after that
- They continually go above and beyond. Oscar has helped us refine the funnel, even going as far as to make suggestions about the product itself and what we can do to improve customer experience.
- We are now scaling our ad spend due to consistent ROAS positivity and rolling them out for our second saas.

TLDR:
I can't imagine any way in which an agency could do a better job than they have, thanks very much guys.
