I wish I could give them no stars. Company is a scam. I ordered weeks ago and it stills says waiting for details. Save your money and time.

Ordered this through a “shop now” link on Instagram. Immediately received order and payment confirmation. Received a tracking number, but the package never arrived. The tracking link, then became broken and no tracking information was available.Emailed company directly from their website and got mailer-daemon response that email was undeliverable. Phone number associated with the payment link was that of PayPal and not the company. Ultimately, no way to get a hold of the company and had to file a dispute with my credit card.

The product was ordered and shipped. It never made it to my address, but they insist it was delivered to the address I gave them. Unfortunately, they won't do anything to see that I get the product or refund my money. Would not recommend this company.

No stars. It’s a fraud. I saw the advertisement on Snapchat, and it looked legitimate. However, when I received the product, it was completely different — cheap quality, missing parts, and nothing like what was shown in the ad. I believe they used a fake website to mislead people into buying a product that’s not the same. The item I received was shipped from Ohan, China.

DO NOT ORDER! I was sent the wrong product. I ordered the concealer and they sent me some mop soap. I have been in contact with the company and they agreed to send the correct product. I still haven't received the order. I contacted the company again for a refund. They won't refund me because I received product (the wrong product). This is absolutely disgusting. Please don't order.

I ordered the deal of buy one get one free mascara and primer .Wheb I did eventually receive it I had only been sent one mascara .What followed was weeks of trying to either get what I ordered or a refund and was treated appallingly.They did everything possible to get rid of me .They said I did receive it,they said because I’d received it I could get £5 refund ,then this went up to £10 .It took days for a reply each time and I was made to feel like it was my fault and I was lying .after telling them I would take it further and after I’d thoroughly had enough I said I would accept £15 refund .I wasn’t happy but had really had a gutful by this point .I received £11.17 because I’m in the uk !!! It’s actually laughable the lengths they’ve gone to in order to refund me at little as possible ! The mascara was awful ,can’t tell you about primer as never received it ! £25 for a load of hassle ,I DO NOT recommend this company for anything other than making you feel like a thief !! Avoid

Not even a one no products received and no refund

I ordered what was advertised as tarte smolder eyes eye shadow/ Eye liner sticks. They were advertised in sets and the videos also show people using tarte products. I ordered 3 sets which I did not realize until days later after the order was acknowledged that the product was not in the USA. Then it took weeks for me to get them. Once I did oh boy was i scammed I opened the package and found the products not to be from tarte and while I got 3 sets they were all the same set. They have a 90 day full refund policy but if you read the refund policy its worded strangely to where if the customer has to shipp the product back at their own expense and then when they get the product back they refund you less shipping charges. I have notified Tarte cosmetics of tge issue that fraud is happening using videos and photos of their products. Learn from me and do not purchase from them .

I have ordered from them 3 times now and im still waiting on my last order that I paid for 2months ago.
I have sent many emails and all they said was contact Australia post, I did so then emailed them back and it emails they have blocked my email.

ordered on 09/22/2025, Still no information on the product I ordered, Tried emailing ...NOTHING !!! This company is a fraud , Me like many others should have read reviews before ordering with them ! AVOID !!!

I really wish I would have gone online and seen the reviews of this company prior to placing an order.
Just like many complaints before me, it took 6 weeks to receive and then they sent the wrong item.
Return or exchange from China...forget it!

SCAM!! Sent a product that is incorrect. Real product shows on transit. No response to email and no phone number to call. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

If you've got money you just want to chuck away!! Total scam 😒 and theirs no way of getting a refund either!! Company's who allow this platform so be taken to court! Wish I had read the reviews first before chucking my money away!

Scam!!!!! Charging customers without providing the purchased product—constitutes theft. Its been two months and I have not gotten my product or a responce from the "compnay"

A total scam website! Didn’t send what I ordered at all, then refused a refund! Basically said they shipped me a product and that that was good enough. When I kept insisting on a refund they said that I needed to pay to return the product to China! STEER CLEAR! Another scam company!!

Omg I should read all reviews before 🤦🏽‍♀️ is a waste of money, time … first was forever to get here, send lot of emails, they gave me lectures and after answer me, the quality is bad, I’m afraid even to use on my face , don’t waste your time or money not WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!!

This is a scam site, they do not send what you ordered. It is not made in the USA, it comes from China, with Chinese writing so you can read ingredients or what it is. The customer service is terrible, they do NOT honor their 90 day money back guarantee. Would not return my product even though they sent me the wrong product. Told me to use it anyways...

It’s a scam, they send out cheap shit and not what they’re advertising. Took 6 weeks to come and refuse to refund as the supplied & shipped “a product” don’t waste your time & money

Total scam do not order any products from them. Ordered what I thought was a Peter Thomas Roth product tried to return but would need to pay shipping to China.
