Avoid this company! I ordered on July 21 and still have nothing — no order, no tracking, and broken promises!!😡😔

I find your response very disappointing and unnecessary. You claim that I “don’t know the difference in quality”, but how could I judge the quality of hair that I have not even received?

I chose your company precisely because you advertise high-quality hair. So I don’t understand why you keep bringing up “substandard hair” as if this were my complaint. It was never about the quality of the hair.

My complaint is about your service and your broken promises. You stated that regular brown 20-inch hair would be delivered within 7–10 days. I placed my order on July 21. When it was already seriously delayed, I initially asked to cancel, but you refused and asked me to continue, promising that my order would be shipped by August 25. That promise was also not kept.

After more than a month and a half, I still have no order and no tracking number. This delay also caused me to miss a very important occasion for which I had specifically ordered the extensions.

After more than 25 years in business, I would have expected better customer service: an apology and a genuine explanation, rather than attacking a customer who is simply disappointed because your company did not keep its promises.

I purchased hair from this seller but never received my order. They provided a tracking number that could not be verified on the courier’s website. Over a period of eight weeks, they gave multiple explanations for the delay, none of which were true. After I filed a chargeback with my bank, they claimed they requested the parcel to be “returned,” from the courier which is not possible once an item has been shipped. Another lie.

Based on my experience, this seller does not deliver products as promised and provides misleading false scamming information about shipments. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I waited over 2 months for my order from Virgin Hair and Beauty. It was only dispatched after I raised a bank dispute, which should never have been necessary.
When the hair finally arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered. I purchased 1g strands, but received 0.6g strands instead. Although they sent 300 strands, this is not what was advertised or what I paid for.
I ordered body wave but received straight with slight curl at the ends, which was moulded from packaging.
Customer service has been rude and dismissive, refusing a refund and only offering an exchange. After this experience, I have no interest in dealing with this company again.
Poor communication, poor service, and false advertising. I would not recommend.

Scammers do Not use this company they claim 2 1/2 weeks and you never receive them excuses about trying to ensure the quality is good but 3 months later still nothing. Your wasting your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

SCAMMERS!! i’ve been waiting for my extensions since christmas, they keep coming up with excuses that don’t make sense. absolutely 100% FRAUD

I purchased the raw body wave bundles, and they exceeded my expectations! The hair is soft, thick, and has the perfect bounce. I’v washed it twice, and it still feels brand new. Definitely worth the investment!

I ordered their products, I waited for 3 months and nave not received it. Every time I contacted them they kept lying about it takes time to color the hair, then they said they ship the hair but could not provide tracking information. I now have to file a fraud claim against them.

Best place for human hair wigs. Highly recommend. All the girls know their stuff. After I got home and washed and curled my hair I love it even more.

I love this store, the employees are so helpful and all of the wigs are beautiful! Would recommend to everyone.

I have been going here since around the time they opened, I love the customer service.

I ordered the European Virgin hair extensions and the micro beads for the 1st time round June 2023. Quality and order was fantastic. I ordered my second order round October 2023. Terrible quality of extensions, very thin and the bonds were terrible. I still have photos of the good and inferior quality extensions
I chatted with someone 2 July 2024 and told them of my bad quality hair that I received with my second order. I told the person what I wanted and they told me to place my order, pay for it and let them know when I did it.
On placing order and paying I advised the person that I was chatting with that all was done. I was advised that they will make sure that I get the right extensions with a good quality.
Order 9527, I received an email of confirmation of order and payment 3 July 2024.
5 July I received an email saying my order has been canceled as there is a problem with there payment provider. I must place the order again and make another payment. I replied to the email saying that I cannot place an order and make a payment until I receive my refund of 404.89 GBP.
8 JULY I received an email saying that my refund will be in my bank account by 10 July. It stated that the payment was returned to stripe and stripe informed virgin hair that they are in the process of refunding the money.
On the 10th July the money was not refunded into my account. Virgin hair advised me to open a case with my bank and virgin hair will accept the dispute immediately and the money will be refunded into my account.
15 July money was still not refunded. Virgin hair advised me that the credit process was done from there side, so now my bank must do the credit process.
16 July virgin hair advised me stripe the card processor has done the refund, it will take 2 to 3 days to process the refund from the system, then it goes back to my bank. I must dispute the case with my bank and the credit will be done immediately.
22 July I called my bank and they advised me that they cannot do the refund, virgin hair must do it. It's the first time that they hear that a dispute must be put in by me. The credit can only come from VH.
I sent VH an email, obviously now I am suspicious of fraud. The person that I chatted with told me that when I get my refund I'm not allowed to order from VH again.
Till now I have not received my extensions and NO refund.
They always had different stories when I questioned my refund.
I have all my emails that VH sent me and emails I sent them.
I order so many things online and when a credit must be done I received the refund without any disputes.
As Virgin hair sais I must put in a dispute with my bank for the refund is absolute nonsense.
I am so upset on loosing so much money to a dishonest company.

I canceled my order due to a delay in delivery, and I have been waiting for the refund since March 2024, but I have not received it yet.

I have been waiting for last 3 months for my extensions. The company is a complete scam. Everytime I write to them with order number they respond they will dispatch the package soon. But the dispatch never happens.

I ordered hair extensions six months ago. I still don't have them. I keep emailing referencing the order number and they keep saying: "it will be mailed out next week." I feel ripped off. Don't think they will ever mail the extensions to me.

Drop shipping company orders from Hong Kong.
Will delay orders or deliver wrong order and blame you. Lack of knowledge and costumer care.
