What a delight it was to work with Max of virgin packaging, He was engaging and patient and took time to fully understand my brief. He produced a few mock ups until I was satisfied. I am beyond pleased with the quality of the packaging boxes, design concept and swift delivery. Amazing!!!! I can’t wait to launch my product. I’ll surely be returning with more orders. Working with Allen from Virgin Printing was fantastic. Allen helped us create packaging for our product "A-Oil." He was very helpful, patient, and great at solving problems. Every step of the way, he made sure everything was clear and worked hard to keep things affordable without losing quality.

I have been working with Virgin Packaging for several years now. When I received our initial quote I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. I was sure that this would unfortunately represent a drop in the quality of the boxes we were using. I was amazed when the product came in and the boxes were actually "sturdier" and of a higher quality than what we had been using. Higher quality AND a lower price? You can't beat it.

SCAM ALERT!
These guys took thousands of dollars and never delivered. They reply to one-star reviews to save face like they are helping, In fact, they do not care or even answer their phones or emails. I still have no product several months later, they even went as far as to block my number. It's pretty clear that they strategically formed their LLC in Delaware where they do not have to legally reveal the members of the LLC. They have positioned themselves to not have to be accountable. This has been a real disaster. As a result, we lost our biggest client on a fail-to-deliver project where we were completely embarrassed. We are an upstanding company that pays our depts. The least you can do is GIVE OUR MONEY BACK VIRGIN!!!!!

WARNING!: These guys are scammers. They will be glad to take your money up front and do not complete the job. I have been taken on two jobs now. The last job they just cancelled production and said, "We are unable to do that." Even though they bid it, I signed off on the proofs and promised me how great it was going to be, I am still months without any work I paid for. They sent me back a small, SMALL fraction of the thousands of dollars they took. I am still without either print job. If you don't believe me about how bad their service is. please look at their replies to 1 star experience customers. They argue and put blame other places or call them a lier. They WILL Steal from you! And if you read their response “email us directly” what a joke. They have blocked all of our numbers and the owner is a coward and won’t respond to any emails. Just give us our money back. You literally stole money from us if you want to make it right send the money back. You delivered nothing. We got scammed I get it but don’t come on here and pretend we didn’t get scammed. You then reply to my review and ask me to "email you directly". You do not answer and have blocked our phone numbers or if we do get through, Lamar hangs up right in our faces. Please just return our money, you produced and delivered NOTHING 5 months ago. I have never been so scammed out of money in my life.

The communication has been very easy and promptly. The quality of the rigid magnetic boxes that I ordered with gold letters are excellent. The boxes are very well made.

I liked it because they were always available when I had questions. They are eager to help and I’m not a bot just to let you know but anyway they are fast and responsive and they can almost futile and orders you need

Richard was helpful and consistently replied to my many questions. He went back to the design team numerous times to ensure I received what I wanted. Boxes arrived earlier than expected.

Customer service was friendly and responded very quickly. We are very pleased with the boxes we ordered.

Little backstory.. I originally intended to order American made. Being not too bright I saw “Delaware” and assumed I was on the money. Turns out the packages came from the Uk. I am thrilled with the service, the product, response time and overall cost from production to shipping. Thank you to Allen Smith and the entire team.
