They own worldmark and wyndham timeshare companies. Each time you are required to sit thru a presentation for more points they don't listen and keep.trying to sell.you.more points. In my visit today they still.had not removed my wife who.passed away from ownership.even after sending a death certificate.a d a big expired was stamped across my file he said because I turned down a prior offer..I felt like I was in jail.and finally was able to.leave

Our booking process was the easy part, from then on, it's been very hit and miss.
We now have a contact but after many phone calls back and forth, we are now 16 days away from our dream holiday and honeymoon with friends and still have no idea if we will actually be able to get our sea plane to our Maldives resort.
Initially when we booked, the EK flights would have arrived in time however, because of the delay with Virikson not issuing tickets, we were then given alternative flights which now land too late to connect.
If you have a flight itinerary booked at a low cost, the company have to issue the tickets either the same day or within 24hours to secure that cost. If they don't, you will lose that booking. Flights are not confirmed until the tickets are issued. FACT. Being in the travel industry myself for over 25 years, I was lucky enough to know this but many are being told their flights have been cancelled and asked to pay more.
I am hoping and preying that our contact will be able to sort this out for us at this stage but I'm not convinced.
Never again will I put my faith in a company such as Virikson Travel.
If it gets sorted, I'll post an update so lets wait and see shall we........

Hi on return from my trip to thiland I want to share bad experiences with you and would like to know what action you are going to take
1/ arrive chatrium hotel lovely hotel no fault pick up by taxi to Bangkok airport to travel koh sumi pick up 9.05 hour to airport arrived just after ten was ushered straight through to departure no were to get drink /food flight was 13.45 so waiting 3hrs 45 mins in that time 2 planes going to koh sumi took off why'll we were still hanging around Once on board was told no food or drinks would be supplied but would be offered a bag on leaving plane with water sandwich QUESTION why have us at airport so early and why was we not allocated an earlier flight instead of us been stranded for so long and n food drink
2/ amari hotel pick up 5am came 4.50 missed breakfast not open until 6am arrived airport that was a 15 min drive from hotel airport in darkness opens at 6 check in 6.30 again hanging around no food or drink flight left 9.05 am again offered a bag food drink on leaving plane arrived fisherman's harbour resort 5star BEVER BEEN A 5 star more like 2star at a push got into room what a joke (pictures sent) complained to staff just looked at us asked to speak to manager was told would inform him Never came to see me hotel room disgusting see photos pool tiles missing damaged dangerous pool bar was advertised food cocktails you could only get beer soft drinks breakfast disgusting all food was tepid or cold pancakes under cooked fried eggs cold and like rubber fruit uncovered flys on food and not a great selection so after second day we are out after sampling the slips outside eating area facing car park Housekeeping never left toilet rolls or clean towels was constantly asking at reception I am forwarding pictures ect and really want a reply as to we're we go from here if nothing is satisfactory then I will be issuing a complaint to resolve I look forward to your reply Plus not to mention the green dirty water in water features nails sticking out of floorboards around pool and toothpaste stains in bathroom Not only was our trip poorly planned the last hotel rated 5stars was very poor standard

My experience with Virikson holidays has been very up & down
But as of today Jacob had issued my tickets for my flights & I have all my hotels confirmations
So pleased 👍

Heart Broken my friends organised this holiday for me as I have been recently widowed. They booked a holiday with this company in good faith. 7 weeks before we fly out we have been informed that flights have been cancelled and a day will be lost at the resort due to alternative flights to add injury to insult this will cost us more money. We are left in a very difficult situation. The company have not been communicating regularly and very difficult to get a hold of. The whole situation has been very stressful and greatly disappointing. The whole situation so unfair we feel backed into a corner

Absolutely shocking customer service. Holiday booked for 5 in October - £8100. 7 weeks to go and we are informed flights are cancelled but if we want to continue with the holiday they are looking for £143 extra - EACH - for the change in flights??? This should be done free of charge. Not the way of things tbh. Poor communication - unable to contact them despite several phone calls and emails. Not ABTA registered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They claim that your holiday comes with FREE 'Covid Protection Insurance'. After paying just over 6k for a holiday to dubai & maldives and contracting covid just beforehand thus unable to travel, they are now adamant they don't offer insurance on their holidays!!! Despite the screenshots i have advertising otherwise. They're now trying to get a further 1k from us to reschedule our dates to visit the destination during monsoon season!!! What's more, Jason suggested to us that if we took out an insurance policy going forward... they would alter the dates and commit a fraudulent transaction for us! I can only assume this is to justify the price increase! Very unprofessional, highly untrustworthy and will stress you out no end! We're 6k down and now have a legal battle on our hands. Book with Secret Escapes instead... they're amazing and highly professional at what they do. Please dont fall victim to these scam artists!

Absolute shambles of a Company. Waited nearly 2 years to finally get my money back. They said it will be paid in 1-2 days. That was 1 year ago. Constant phone calls and emails trying to get my money back from a holiday that never happened because of Covid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. your heart will be broke with them. They have normal English names but they are obviously oriental speaking. Scam springs to mind. Just glad I got my money back after 2 years. Will never use this shambles of an outside again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely awful service. This company is dreadful, shambles on refunding money. Pretty much lost account of £2000 as they were adamant that I hadn’t paid the final balance, had to show receipts and bank statements to prove this. Waited months for the refund, and even then it’s in instalments. Never on a date as promised. Even at the last hurdle they still tried to keep hold of £1200 to use as credit for my next holiday…. Definitely not going to book again with this company. I understand there was a pandemic but Jesus Christ return peoples hard earned money!! Company looks like it trades from London, but it’s most definitely India, poor communication. Honestly if you want a holiday, invest your money elsewhere because these guys are jokers

Never book a holiday with this miserable company you will Never forget whole of your life super expensive and minimum joy out of it specially to Morroco total pain experience I had with my family 2 years ago it made us cry in our holiday 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Poor Customer Service, Messed up my travel dates, very eager to get full payment for my holiday. Never run calls, I would not recommend booking with this company.

Great and smooth process, confirmations sent on email within seconds, will be the site I use from now on.
